I've been at it for 2 days now, and finally leveled up. HUGE thanks to Phil showing me how to take pics that score in the thousands. I don't have a digital camera on me right now, but I will post pics of it later tonight, in about 3 hours. I didn't even have to use the 10k lego head bonus.
Anyway here's what's happening:
A box popped up, I'll transcribe it word for word
-Leveling Up-
Page 1
"PP (Prestige Points) are awarded for actions such as escorting survivors to safety or defeating zombies. When the PP Gauge becomes full, Frank Levels up."
Below this are 2 boxes showing a PP Gauge that is empty, and one that is about 1/2 full
-Leveling Up-
Page 2
"Attack^: Attack Power Increases
Speed^: Running speed increases
Life^: Maximum life increases
Stock^: Item stock increases
Throw^: Item throw distance increases
New Skill Mastered: New skill is learned"
Below are 2 pictures showing Frank learning a new skill.
After that it forced me to return to the game. I didn't get to do any of the things it said, I guess they didn't expect anyone to level up.

It's kinda tricky to do at first, but this is the jist of it.
You need these things:
First things first, drop your weapons, they take up space and aren't needed
Book that shows you a pictures potention, not 100% needed but I like to use it to gauge when there are the most outtakes.
Book that gives you +25% pp for each picture. Both of these are found in the bookstore to the left of you when you begin.
1 Snack - found in the flowers in front of the sandwich shop and movie theater
1 Pie - 1 on the counter in the sandwich shop, 3 in the cafe on the 2nd level
1 Zombait, combine the snacks and pie (credit for this to phil420 or whatever his name is)
2-3 severed arms, called hunks of meat- These are kind of annoying to find, just look for them while you are doing everything else
3 Cooking Oil, most important part, 3 found in the sandwich shop, and 1 in the cafe upstairs I think
You should have all of the stuff upstairs in the cafe by the blender. Pick up the 3 cooking oils, 2 hunks of meat(arms) and the zombait.Drink the zombait then pick up the 3rd arm, if you have it, not entirely needed. Leave the books there, you will be coming back. Now that your have the zombait on and all the stuff you need in your inventory, jump on to the orange platform where the katana is, don't pick it up. Pick a spot and throw both of the arms onto the 1st floor, the zombies will begin be drawn toward them, starting the carnage. Jump down and run over to where the arms are. Don't worry, almost none of the zombies will attack you. Throw the 3 bottles of cooking oil down around where the zombies are congrigating, this will cause them to slip repeatedly and rack up bloopers points in the pictures, or what ever they are called. Just keep in the immediate vacinity of the arms, this will draw all of the zombies toward you, then they will lose interest in you once the zombait has run out, then will be drawn toward the arms. IMPORTANT, DO NOT LEAVE IF THE ZOMBAIT IS STILL WORKING, this is counter productive and will draw zombies away from the hotspot.
Now to rack up the points, once the zombait wore off, make a get your a ss back to the cafe upstairs. Pick up the 2 book you dropped earlier, and jump out onto the katana awning again. If you did everything right, there will be at least 35-40 zombies all fighting over the meat and slipping. Go to the edge of the awning and zoom your camera in full zoom, take pictures as fast as the camera will let you. Once the camera is at about 10 pictures, it will take forever to reload, jump off of the left of the awning and go to the camera store that is just to the right of you as you started the game. Recharge your batteries, then get back to the spot and keep taking the pictures.
Be sure to do the 2 frying pan things, and the lego guy if you feel like it.
The farthest I have got so far is level 12 1/2, around 350,888 pp. Good luck
heres a pic
