Donkey Konga Bongo (1st Party) $7.98 shipped @ GS.com

The EB outside the McKinley Mall in Hamburg, NY had just the bongos marked $4.99 new. They also had a third party version for $9.99 new.

Thanks it appears that it works online like you said, but I'm more interested if the deal for DK:JB with second set of bongos for free was still available in-store for $5 more.
 
I just picked up 2 in store. Had the printout incase but it rang up accordingly. Now to cancel my order and figure out where to store these bongos and find DK2.

If anyone wants a fuller DK game with better music, Donkey Konga 3 import is the one to get. I was eyeing it on play-asia and it has like 60+ songs at least. Freeloaders are fairly cheap as well,.

Ugh! Stay AWAY from the 3rd party bongos! I had a set of Pelican bongos that lasted maybe 3 rounds of partying Donkey Konga playing. People just get into that game too much. The Nintendo version are clearly built to last.

Fine by me if it is a Wii release... however it seems kind of silly since using the bongos means there should be no real "Wii-ness" to the game.
 
At my GS B&M, they are selling Jungle Beat w/ Bongo for $14.99 and sets of Bongos for $4.99. You should check your stores out as well.
 
I just ordered Jungle Beat with the free extra Bongos as well, and I'll confirm that there's no handling fee. I paid a total of $15.89 SHIPPED with free SAVER shipping.

I also can confirm. I just used SAVER and my shipping was free! My total came out to be $15.74.
 
Yeah... the 'handling' disappeared off Jungle Beat + the 2 bongo set even though it said it would add 10$. I went ahead and ordered b/c my local GS and EB want 29.99$ for that again but mysteriously did not have any when I tried to get them on sale a couple of week ago.
 
I just did the same as jlkeeton. So two sets of Bongos for $20 or the Donkey Konga deal which includes 2 Bongos for $15. I'll take the latter.

Yep, just picked up a some new DK Bongos at GS for $3.99! It was marked at $24.99. You should have seen the face of the worker. It was priceless.

Wow, I ordered the Jungle Beat w/extra set of Bongos 2 days ago, and I already got my package. I used the SAVER code, too, and selected the cheapest shipping option, making S&H free. Much faster than I thought it'd take.

I found this link for Donkey Konga 1. The store availability checker seems to be still accurate and I was able to call around and find one complete today. $13.49 after discount card completes my bongo setup. More expensive on ebay.

Or just go to Toys R Us, us the $5 off coupon, and get either Donkey Kong 1 or 2 for $14.99 with bongos. The coupon works even on the bongo games.

EB tacked on a handling fee. It seems like they only do that when an item is popular as I have ordered items a lot bigger than a set of bongos (like a DDR bundle or a Beatmania bundle) and those didn't have an extra handling fee.
 
Weird. Yesterday, I had a $2.99 handling fee when I went to check out, but today, the $2.99 fee was gone. Paid $16.xx for these with SAVER code. Nice deal.

$4.98 for Donkey Konga 2 w/ Bongos at Target but it's YMMV since a lot of stores are sold out (I know you said w/o bongos but you won't find Donkey Konga 2 w/o bongos for less than that)
 
damn everyone said it before me but oh well.. You can get it instore for that price new, and 3.99 used, and if you use instore credit no tax! beat that. hahaha! ok im done. oh wait i also got midway arcade 3 for box new sealed for 4.99. ok now im done.
