Dubya Tee Eef: Country music covers of R&B songs
While effective, your thread titles are not always the most informative.
Happy?;)
I fucking hate when country singers (except Johnny Cash) redo anything...
Well, despite my title, I actually liked these covers and I'm not the biggest fan of country music to begin with. But it had WTF written all over it.

The "Baby Got Back" one is actually really good

Yeah, I'm planning on listening to Baby Got Back for some laughs... I can't even begin to imagine how it sounds.

Well, the original versions of those songs suck... so it's harmonic that they're ushered into the world of a (for the most part) suck genre.
I couldn't stop laughing during Baby Got Back. Awesome.

Was it actual comedy induced laughter or more of an incredulous "my-brain-can't-process-this-shit-properly" filler laugh, for lack of a better emotion?
Find the Dynamite Hack cover of "Boyz in the Hood" and download it. Do it now.
For real. That song is all kinds of cool. It's one of my favorites.

Those were some entertaining songs jaykrue!
have you ever heard the country music cover of snoop doggs, Gin and Juice? ..its good stuff haha.
The song is by "Phish", and it's absolute crap. I can't stand more than 10 seconds of it.

That's not by Phish... it's just spread over the internet like that. It's by a bluegrass group named Hayseed Dixie... and they do a bunch of remakes... look them up.... they have a bluegrass tribute to AC/DC.

I thought there was a version of Gin and Juice by The Gourds? You're not confusing that one with Hayseed Dixie are you? Or am I?
