You have to mail in the voucher they give you and they'll send you a $20 gift certificate. I did that for Age of Mythology The Titans. I can't tell you how long it took for me to get the certificate though, I don't remember.

And yes, these prices are for new games, not used ones.

Man, I'm going to be spending a lot of money...
$10 for Custom Robo, $10 for 1080 Avalanche, $20 for Syphon Filter, $20 for HSGF... A total of $60! But then the 2 $20 vouchers will bring it down to $20! $20 for 4 games is not that, especially since I can just trade them in when they have another promo!:D
 
The "free" games aren't really free.... are they? It's more of a buy a game and get $20 off future purchases... right?

I'm a fairly new CAGer, but I'm guessing many of you shop at EB on a regular basis and the $20 is gonna be spent there one way or another, the so the games in turn become free.

correct me if i'm wrong.

Yeah, that's pretty much it... You have to use the voucher at EB. So if you don't shop there too much, than it won't as good a deal.
 
any of you gonna preorder Rainbow 6 4: lockdown? u think it'll be better than other similar games like GR 2, America's Army, etc.?

do you guys think that the Exclusions List will change by the time that this preorder deal is released?

yea 1080 isn't online so you probaly have to go to the store for that one. As for free shipping add a used game and use saver and cag15 to get free shipping.

Hmm, I may reconsider and go ahead and trade in Brothers in Arms for $30 at EB, assuming I can get the credit on a card usable online.

Some are ending right around $30 on eBay, a few higher a few lower. But if I can get EB credit for stuff I'd buy anyway it might be worth it to just do that and save myself some trouble.

Midnight Club 3 has one running, as well, for any 5 PS2/GC/XB games. Geist has one running as well, though it's only for GC games, not PS2 or XB.

There are 5-for-1 deals for Midnight Club PSP and GTA PSP. I used those this weekend in lieu of the 3-for-1 deal due to its early demise. Used a slew of $5 games, so I'm getting both for about $25 each. Not bad.

No problem. The PSP 5-for-1 deals are not well advertised. There's a 5-for-1 flyer in the stores for Midnight Club 3 but it doesn't mention the PSP version. I had to have an EB employee scan through his emails to confirm the current PSP deals since even he didn't know about them.

Try getting the deals now- I just did the 2-free-games-gamecube deal this morning.

Also learned from the clerks: the deal should apply to systems bundled with Mario cart (but not Metroid.) So if you can find the Mario cart bundle, you'll get 3 free games! ^^

I'm with you. I just did the math.

You'd have to buy $135 worth of merchandise to reach $100 with Cag15 and Saver.

Then you get an additional $25 off via the Mail in Rebate. AR that would be $75/135 or 45% off!
