*This thread was originally for the S/E PSP LE's but due to a good amount of CAGs asking this to be an EU/UK LE thread I have decided to change it to that. We will try and post the cheapest price for these among all the UK sites that ship to the US. :D

PS3 games are region free. Sometimes Xbox 360 games are but that varies from case to case. Regardless I will list the 360 version as well in case people would rather have a 360 copy to display. PSP games are region free as well.

Some Info:
  • All the retailers listed ship to the US. GAME & Gamestation must have changed policy because they used to not ship overseas.
  • Zavvi & thehut both have paypal as an option to pay but a few CAGs are reporting some difficutly. For the time being might be best to order with a Credit Card or Debit Card.
  • I have personally ordered from Zavvi and they were prompt in shipping and I had minimal to no damage on my items.
  • Keep in mind the exchange rate fluctuates so prices will skew up and down.
  • If I miss anything feel free to post in the thread and I will add it to the OP.
  • Zavvi now offers free shipping on items to the US.

My Arcana Heart 3 came Tuesday from Zavvi, in one of the crappy cereal boxes. The disk inside was loose, so I had to open it. Wasn't scratched though.

My LE should have came Monday, and I have two packages at the office that I haven't been able to pick up, so...

ya game.co.uk is cool. The one set of games i ordered from them came in a nice sturdy box and arrived perfectly. I even got free shipping on that order too since i had to call it in (problem taking my card)

Great company. Maybe i'll go with them for it, though it would be a bit more expensive.. i would at least be guaranteed not to get a crushed box

That's a sweet Sonic Generations CE for those who are sonic fans. A quick question for those that shop a zavvi.com, recently has anybody been charge shipping? I am just wondering if they change there free shipping policy.

As predicted, Arcana Heart 3 LE is now selling at £17.99 on Priceminister via Gzoop less than 3 weeks after release; a sad reflection on the current UK games market, the only non-AAA games that sell are Lego and Zumba. Use the code ARCANA6 at checkout to get that price.

Glad to see Arcana Hearts dropping. So, does anybody know if yo can play with those who bought the PSN version or are you limited to only UK/US disc owners?
 
gZoop is the seller name Zavvi trade under on PriceMinister, but I didn't know PM only accept orders from a select number of european countries :/
The packaging used is identical, just with gZoop on the label instead.
 
whats going on with persona 2? I wasn't gonna get the US edition because.. well, frankly its pretty damn weak. It doesn't have much going for it, especailly at the $40 price theyre asking for it. I heard the UK was gonna have a real collectors edition.. but then havent heard anything or seen a release date. None of the sites have pre-orders for it either.

Anyone know whats going on with that? If theyre not putting one out maybe i'll just get the US version or something

Europe version of Persona 2 was just announced last month. It doesn't even have a release date , much less what is included.

So pretty much the same thing as the P3P CE from ghostlight. It'll cost about $20 more than the US version, then. I'm in for one from ghostlight whenever it goes up for preorder. That t-shirt looks awesome.
 
Wish that Sonic Generations collector's edition was available to preorder in the U.S. region. A whole lot better than what's being offered, a theme and avatar costume.
 
anyone know if the Monkey Island - Special Edition Collection is region free for the Xbox version? Those are really hit and miss (usually miss) for region free, but id prefer to get that version of the ps3 one. Its on sale right now at zavvi

The Ghostlight CEs tend to be on the expensive side. Hopefully the other sites have some good prices. But the shipping quality of those sites leaves something to be desired.

Thanks for that code, the one i had from last weak, clear40 doesn't seem to work. I got 2 copies of arcania heart 3 LE. I figure maybe one copy will come in ok that way. Also used the 30 one for some random small items to grab. Id rather go with thehut.com, but they dont have it on clearance =(

that 1 dollar shipping is lame as hell.. the one excuse for their garbage ass shipping was that it was free.. actually paying for it makes it worse!
 
just when i was about to cancel my order with hmv they charged my credit card and now it's own it way....took at least 3wks just to fill the order...keeping fingers crossed...

Don't hold your breath, it seems like many CEs in Europe are exclusive to a few stores and the rest never get it. I don't think Zavvi will get this as other retailers already have it listed (many have sold out).

hmm, not sure. I gotta run so i dont have time to actually read all those right now. BUt it doesn't look too good. My guess would be if people are just knocking it for the game itself then screw em. If theyre bitching about random battles, or gameplay elements then its not much of a concern. People would probably call super mario or Final fantasy VI garbage by todays standards with its 'gameplay elements'

HOwever, if the problems stem from a poor port job then that IS something to be concerned about. If the complaints are about poor performance on the psp, and long load times then that would suck =(

By the way, one thing i just now noticed.. this is the 2nd half that never came out here isn't it? For some reason i thought this was just a port of eternal punishment, but i finally realized that the subtitle is innocent sin. I guess this is the 2nd game that never made it to the states, i cant believe i didn't notice that. Anyway, doesn't matter much, i pre ordered it a few days ago so i could get the lame little soundtrack bonus. They gotta step up their pre-order bonus swag

I did the same thing, hoping they'd give it a nicer box with two of them in there.
