GRAW 2 Demo was good, but I said the same about GRAW. I never played it after a week, but then again that's how I am with most games. I will be picking up NBA Street and Def Jam though. Two of my favorite video games series.

Monster Madness Battle for Suburbia has some of the best gamerpics I have ever seen (150pts for 20).

at first it seemed meh to me as well, but the more games i played, the more i got comfortable with the controls, and the more fun and deep it got

definitely getting this game at launch

plus, the retail version will have a practice mode so you can focus on remembering which combos do which moves without having opponents try to steal the ball from you..that was my main gripe in my first few playthroughs...i would keep doing the same tricks because i got accustomed to a particular button combo...but once the retail version drops...it's over man...over!!!

can't wait to hop online with this...plus the career mode

Same here, getting the demo but just to have the demo. I got NBA2k7 so thats enough for me since im not a big basketball fan.

Also i really liked the GRAW 2 demo, too bad i wont get it since i havent even bought GRAW 1 yet.

The first nba street is the still the best in my opinion out of all the whole series. I just tried homecourt and I was bored with it within five minutes. As pimpinc333 said its the same nba street with better graphics. At least there's still GRAW 2 and hopefully soon the promised demo for Def Jam Icon, but the new controls have me worried.
 
I played 3 games of NBA street and couldn't quite figure out the controls. I'll still buy it though just for the fact that I enjoyed the demo even though I had no idea what i was doing.

So if I download 720p source content to the HDD and I have the output set to 1080p via VGA, it will upconvert the 720p to 1080p? Should look pretty sweet since it's better source material than a standard-def DVD
 
I refuse to believe that there will be no Arcade games this month, namely Symphony of the Night. And since that implies that I do believe that we will see at least one, it will happen. 'Cause that's what the Oracle taught me.

Link is right about the UMK3 gamerpics (it's just the character select pics), although pack 4 has a cool looking Sub-Zero that's not from there, ditto for a Scorpion pic on pack 6.

Pack 5 was the best to me. Shao Khan, Noob Saibot, and Reptile. Ermac and Sonya too, but who cares about them. It seems like besides that they spread out the popular characters on purpose so you'd have to buy more than one.
