Wasn't it a launch game for the PS2? So it is rather old. Tekken Tag was pretty bad too. They were so shinny.

I should get my DOA4 arcade stick soon. I haven't practiced for the tournement cause I'm waiting for it. :bouncy:
 
SC 4 is going to include Soul Blade and SC 1?

Or is that article just talking about the older games?

My money is on that being the Wii game - the graphics don't look particularly thrilling and Taki is killing multiple characters in that one picture. Also, that pic w/ Siegfried and Astaroth would be an extremely weird fighting landscape.
 
Anyone know if there's any advantage to buying SFA3 max over just ripping the PSOne SFA3?
 
forgot to say... it's not SC4, it's Wii game.

SC4 CG will look alot different. The Wii game seems to use too much of the same character models from SC3.


as for SFA3, Max is portable and the dramatic and variable battles are setup better, while the PS1 will probably be free ;)

Well, you got your wish you kept asking for a few threads back when we debated online play. Seems Namco is understanding more than we thought.

4 extra characters - Yun, Eagle, Maki, and Ingrid - it's worth it, imo, isn't the game less than $20 these days?

The 4 characters are implemented well, and the first 3, especially Yun, are some of my more liked characters, so it was worth it to me, definitely. IIRC, they all have stories, mid boss fights and dialogue, end game dialogue, so they aren't just slapped in badly.

What makes me even more happier... is that they're actually upgrading Tekken 5:DR... this gives me great hope for Tekken 6 and revisions of T6 in the future!

It has probably been talked about but some reason I did not see it. Anyway should I wait for the Wii version of Accent Core since the PS2 has glitches? I really wanted to import for PS2 but did not know how bad the bugs in the game were.

The bugs are horrible.

The wii game will probably be trash.

Just import GG Slash, or wait and see if Arc is going to fix GGAC (which has been rumored).
 
great news about being able to create online rooms in T5DR. the lack of them is one of my least favorite things about 3S on XBL.

Because Guilty Gear vs Capcom didn't pan out, which was sad, because it was going to be mostly Darkstalkers characters.

Yea, I was really excited since Sammy was going to redraw the Capcom spirtes, and the developers even said Darkstalkers was one of their favorite games and that those characters fit in perfectly with the Guilty Gear games.

But it vanished - it could have been awesome.

Guilty Gear vs Darkstalkers would have been hot.
