No they dumped the black laptop backpack recently, which I tried to order just now. This the third time they have done this to me.

It deletes it right after I install the program. It's filtering my Internet, bombarding me with "security center 2010" pop-ups, not letting me open programs. Frustrating me to death
Wouldn't deleting the .exe after the program is installed not matter?
No. It's deleting the actual installed malwarebytes.exe, not the installer exe for malwarebytes.

You trying all this in safe mode, Bio?

I try and start the program, and it can't find the file it needs to start. I got malware bytes to run once, it started a scan, and the program shut down.

'Krusty Gets Busted' from S1 on TV right now?

Awesome.

Yep. :)

It seems like Palm is getting the brunt of Verizon's advertising now. The BOGO offer for both the Pixi and Pre Pluses is also definitely going to help move more units.
There are also rumors of AT&T in the first half of this year and T-Mobile before the year is out.

Have you run into a Pre Plus yet? I haven't managed to get my hands on one to see how the improved hardware is--especially for the slider mechanism.

Of course.

It seems to run a bit faster than the Sprint one, and the KB is improved though still not to the level of the Pixi.

And have you used a Pixi? The plus has its gesture area as well.

Unfortunately, I didn't notice an improvement in the slider, though it may be there. I don't think it will ever feel solid, like say a Samsung Moment.

And oh yeah, the bottom of the KB is still too sharp.

Since you already have a Pre, it's not that big of an improvement. Nor are the improvements enough to sway Pre HW haters, like me.

The extra RAM and memory definitely make a difference, I'd say.

I have not used the Pixi.

I'm sure there's a way they can make a solid slider--I'd say it's the best form factor for a touch screen/kb phone. I'd wager it's the curve that they put into it that makes it shoddier.
Shame on most of you guys for always kicking out non-regulars...
They try but you just keep coming back.

God damn it. I think I left my MP3 player on the trunk of my car, which I left at the shop this afternoon.

Part of me kind of hopes I did so I can justify buying the Creative Zen MX 16GB for $80.

I kind of need to buy one and have been looking at those on and off. My old one still works fine but it's all beat to hell and super old.

I almost forgot to pack my dress shoes. I wouldn't have been able to get into that VIP Bar at the game Sunday.

Also, I regret not getting an iPod when I was working. It would have been nice to pass the time on this flight.
That fixed it. Thanks! :)
No problem. You may want to change passwords and stuff as well. I think mine included a keylogger that ended up in my WoW account being hacked.
It saddens me when BBCA Kitchen Nightmare episodes are just FOX repeats.
Yep. I check it out expecting something good but instead he's at some Long Island restaurant filled with guidos and I hear nothing but crashing cymbals and dramatic horns.

If you leave, I'll welcome them with open arms.

I know this is getting internet old, but I can't stop laughing whenever I think about this whole 'Amber Lamps' thing.

Are the other 15 in New Jersey?

Somewhat surprising that the majority of the 20 cities fall in Illinois, Ohio, and Missouri. Michigan, is to be expected with the auto industry and such. And somehow I knew Gary would make the list. That city seems to be in all of the top worst lists. Was the murder capital of the country at one point, relative to it's population.
Roughly how long does it take to get your tax refund via e-file? 10-15 days?
In previous years, it's been 7-10 days for me. Usually I do mine early, so I don't know if that makes a difference. I just finished mine last night, so I'm playing the waiting game as well.

$35,000 a year in Syracuse will make you a god.

Speaking of my gun club.

Yes. The cost of living here is quite low compared to most other places. The average income per individual is around $25,000 a year, so if you're pulling in $10,000 more than that then you're pretty well off.

But, you know, if you're moving to NY, get ready to be henpecked by taxes.
