The school play I went to today was pretty damn good, even though it was cold as shit.
I went mainly because I'm friends with most of the cast and crew, but enjoyed it much more than I expected.
I'm thinking of doing tech work (because I can't act for shit) on the next production they do.
Why is it that every Thursday, my b/f's brother has a party in his room, right next to ours?
If it's anything like my city, Thursday is the new Friday.
If it's anything like my city, Thursday is the new Friday.
Yea.

Friday is the old Friday.
Do an image search for 'funny ghandi.' I guess the hot chicks like Linux.
I fantasize everyday that my gf will take pictures of herself nude, but covered up with random nerd things, like ...controllers and shit.

Sad, I know.
If it's anything like my city, Thursday is the new Friday.
I just asked them and found out. If they stay up late Thurs, they will sleep in earlier on Friday, allowing them to stay up/out later on Friday, which will let them stay up/out later on Sat night.
My b/f rarely goes to class, and his brother's even worse. They both skip their Friday classes, so they dont have to worry about school that day. I guess its kinda like a 3 day weekend, every week for them.

I'd be sitting there thinking "Whoa, my gf has 2 pinkies on that hand. .... WAIT A MINUTE."

Here I was thinking I could get a 'Well played' before I went to bed. But, alas...

Well played

I'm the one "snowboarding".

First my keyboard dies, and now the scrollwheel on my mouse. It won't scroll up, just sort of.. glide and not do anything. fucking awesome. At least it isn't a vital fuction, though...
I wish there were snow in Southern California.
No, you don't. It sucks.
Don't like to snowboard or ski?
Not really.

But driving in it... is the worst.

I hadn't really thought about that. I guess snow wouldn't be so great.

hmmm, do I really want to go out with this girl with weekend? Picked up a girl at Family Video, a guy was in there asking for a game (Bully) he had them hold but it was in my hands and I gave it to him. One one hand, I am pissed because I didn't get to rent the game....but on the other I have a date with the clerk this weekend (which is nice considering I fucked up my date with another girl Saturday when a buddy asked me in front of her is she has farted in front of me yet)

fuck, I knew I shouldn't have given up the game.

Not to throw gasoline on your fire(I prefer ethanol ;)) but I'm getting a keyboard soon. Anything in particular I should know? I'm going to have a friend show me the basics and then teach myself via books. I hear it's probably the easiest thing to learn.

Holy crap. Brad Sherwood and Colin Mochrie are touring and coming into town in another week or so. It'd be awesome if I could get tickets. :D

Watch a few of the scenes, including mousetraps, the most dangerous improv game known to man.

Had to get a ride home from my gf this morning, as my car is currently not mobile. I'm gonna have to go back over there this afternoon and see if I need a new battery (likely) before I can resume my weekend plans. Fun fun fun.
What's the big deal about Borat? *shrug*
I've been trying to figure out the same thing. :whistle2:s
Well see, there's this thing called comedy.
A guy speaking broken english isn't funny.

Also, people went to see Little Man, so comedy in America is incredibly skewed. ;)

I agree with the Borat being not funny. I chuckled at most at the Daily Show interview, but it was all extremely predictable.

I also hate Da Ali G show. That's probably why I hate Borat so much too. It's like, "Wow, he's talking funny...neat. I might as well be watching Will Ferrell talk funny and not make me laugh."

Borat was funny the first time I saw him.......

In OTT, thread quote you!

9 pin no tap bowling tonight. I have nothing else to do the rest of the day and my 360 is broken so I may start okami now.

Well, I finally unloaded N3 and picked up a microcon 360 controller...it somewhat helps me play FPS a little better. At least if keep using it and playing them it'll be good therapy for my right hand. I still royaly suck at them though. So far have played the FEAR demo. I swear, if I ever run across the doctor that delivered me, I'm gonna permanently fuck up his right arm and hand

On another note, going to see Soilwork tonight. Unfortunatly, my partner can't make it because of work, but my room mate Sam is going with me. Concerts suck if you're there by yourself. And Celtic Frost was fuckin KILLER last night. Sneaky, you were right they put on a hell of a good show!

Yea, amazing shit.

And I usually end up going to shows alone as my girlfriend is still in high school and needs to be home early, and my friends don't like my music usually.

The theatrics of it were really cool too. Would love to seem them again someday. Soilwork is gona be good tonight too. Seen them twice all ready and they just get better each time I've seen them. Openers are Threat Signal, Mnemic, and Darkest Hour, in that order. Never heard Threat Signal. Mnemic is awesome, it'll be the third time I've seen them (seems Soilwork always bring them on tour with them). And I don't believe I've heard anything from Darkest Hour...guess its time to go check thme out right quick

EDIT: Yeah, i've seen Darkest Hour a while back. I think they were an opener for Lamb of God or Fear Factory. Honestly didn't care for them that much as they singer seemed like a moron on stage...

I'd go to that show for Darkest Hour, and leave before Soilwork.

Darkest Hour are up there with Between The Buried And Me as favorite metalcore band.

I'm not a fan of metalcore though, so I'll probably be outside smoking during their set.

Just played Quake 4 and had more fun playing that demo than i did with FEAR. Controls seem more fluid. That and you can completly remap all the buttons. Which is a good thing because its a bitch for me to hit the right trigger button to fire and move the right thumbstick at the same time; so i remapped it to the left trigger. Think I my get it soon

Plus the god and ammo codes wouldmake it more enjoyable for me, as I wouldn't have to worry about getting my ass handed to me...

Picked up the Carbon Collector's Edition today (that edition has the Koninsegg(Sp), XR, '10 Camaro and something else)...too bad they bailed on the online, but I guess that's what you get with a next gen barrage coming in two weeks.

I feel so ashamed. I've gotten NCAA, Madden, Tiger, Carbon, FIFA in the last three months. At least I only paid for one.

Carbon isn't online? That sucks. I thought it was a little strange when I it for pS2 about a week ago at Sams and it didn't have the online logo. I doubt that it means that they'd keep the Most Wanted servers up and running longer.

I just got back from taco bell for lunch and I met this cool lady. I pulled up to the parking lot with my music loud, and the sub woofers bumping. Loud enough that a lady all the way across the parking lot heard me. She walks up to me, she looks to be in about her late 50's or early 60's. She says "You know in my generation we listened to our music loud too and look at me" She then proceeds to pull her hair back to show me the hearing aids in her ears. Not sure if she was complaining about my loud music or just trying to warn me that I will ruin my hearing.
