FREE!! Random SURPRISE item!

Got this Mosquito patch today..that is the Free Suprise Item...received pocket light yesterday...both lame but for free..heck who cares. Expecting my headphone soon.
 
Got a mosquito patch a day ago. Must have been the random item. Threw it away though as I don't really trust it.

Well I used one and they suck, too small and after a few hours it kept falling off. I've got a iPhone cable, SD card USB thingy, a USB charger, and some earbuds all shipped in the last few days that I'm waiting on!
 
I just got my cancer awareness pin, I don't remember ordering it so i guess that was my mystery item. If so, Why did they send me an envelope with nothing in it?
