dsella - bargain.com took about 5 hours to credit for me. If it hasn't by then, you're probably gonna have to file a Missing Credit Request. I still haven't noticed anyone but myself getting it to work.


Another thing - You really should avoid talking about doing stuff like going to a friends house to do the offers. If trainn catches wind of that, they'll ban you and you'll be shit outta luck. I believe CAG also doesn't allow talk about stuff like that.

How many games have you ordered this year?

The only time Ive ever heard of the contact bit happening is when people cross the $600 mark and have to fill out the tax form.
 
Oops. I just signed up recently, did some of the offers and my CC company's (Chase) fraud department called me to see if I actually authorized the charges, heh.

Yeah, this is absolutely strange. I ordered 4 normal games (60 a piece?) and got one $100 GC for amazon. That's pretty far from the 600$ limit! I have 4 more GHIII on order, but why are all three showing that? I should get a couple more before I cross that line and have to fill out a form....

I contacted them anyway. Bah.

It's not strange at all.

You have ordered 4 more, they obviously got to a couple of them tonight or whenever you first saw that msg. Ive read on other sites and earlier in this thread that they are close to fulfilling all outstanding orders for GHIII and you likely crossed the mark. If you include those 4, you're definitely over the limit. Hell, they'd only need to touch 3 of those. (60 x 4 = 240 + 100 + 400 = 740). That's not even including shipping which is easily $15 per game since they ship 1st or 2nd day air. You shoulda held off on a few of them before the end of 2007 lol. They probably audited your acct just to see what was on there as you were already halfway there before the other 4 orders.

It's not a big deal, you're just going to have to fill out a form and fax it back to them. If you don't have a fax machine you can do that at places like Kinkos and UPS Store. It's just going to add time to your wait.

I didn't realise you could multi-order Gh3. Gotta wonder if some people are turnign these around directly onto ebay.

I've e-mailed them about the tax stuff. They include tax AND shipping and they calculate each GHIII order as around $115. I had 1 GHIII order, 1 $100GC, 1 GHII and 3 $60 games and that was at like $562 they told me. estimate that.. If you just go by the retail costs of those, that's only like $470... so $90 came from s&h/taxes

They also said it does not matter if the order has been shipped or not, once you place the actual order, it counts toward the annual taxes.. so yeah you're way over the limit. Probably by like $400 haha

todays the 10th business day for my bargain.com MCR. hopefully it credits today or tomorrow. i ordered assassins creed on the 19th and its still processing. hopefully that ships soon too.

Not necessarily, just putting the orders in can put you over the limit, or if (as I stated before) they audited your acct. You don't have to receive to have them request it, just putting the order in, or even attempting could trigger it.

So you were already at 340 before even counting the 4 other $100+ orders you put in for, so say last night (or whenever they put the contact request in) they were set to put in orders for 3, that clears the $600. Hell, on 2 it could possibly trigger it, going at $10-$15 extra for shipping per regular game. (4 x 15 = 60 + 540 = $600).

There's nothing strange about it at all. It's happened to quite a few people.

Wow! A simple question regarding an issue not many has faced and he gets bashed for getajob.com? I don't see how anyone being jobless matters when it comes to yourfree60games.com cause at the end of the day we all did the same shit, paid the same ppl, and probably ordered the same game.

annual limit, Trainn emailed me and said it will restart on Jan. 1st, so I've been waiting like 2-3 weeks since I found out I'm at the limit to place a couple of orders I have ready and waiting for me lol.. but there hasn't even been an update either.. so I won't be placing an order until then =(

Unless you can start a thread on a different website and get the ball rolling, it's much harder to get people to sign up with your link. I think I received two games with referrals, out of the many orders I completed with Trainn.

And then, somebody PM'ed me today wanting my referral link! I was extremely happy! :D

I did this... I've gotten about 15 referrals this way, took awhile due to skeptics but yeah, just can't order anything right now =(

it's via email and now apparently they stopped doing it that way unless you order a book, but calling will do it.

If I make an account now, and complete offers and place an order by Jan 1st will the amount go towards 2007 or 2008?

If you sign up now, today get a couple offers to credit instant and place your order today or any day BEFORE JAN 1st, it will go onto 2007. So get it all done before the end of the month so you'll have a fresh set of $600 to use all next year..trust me you'll eat it up like hotcakes within a couple of months lol

What would be a good game to get? I already have CoD 2 and 4, Gears, Halo, GRAW, Warriors Orochi, GH3 nad MLN 2k6. I don't want ME and AC, so what would be a good game to get?
