Free Xbox 360 Games (from Trainn...who is updating slowly)
I signed up for it last Wednesday and haven't received credit yet either. My MCR rate is around 75% lately. Sad actually.
You're doing better than me! Mine's about 50% !!!!! I'm still waiting for credit on three MCRs that I should have gotten credit for by now!
You're doing better than me! Mine's about 50% !!!!! I'm still waiting for credit on three MCRs that I should have gotten credit for by now!
No, no. I have to file a MCR 75% of the time lately. Only 25% of the offers credit when they're suppose to.

Just ridiculous. I think it's crazy that they don't respond to MCRs, emails, or support tickets. I understand that it's a "get stuff for free" site, but we are still spending money on these offers, so I think it's only fair that we get at least some inkling of customer service from these people.

No kidding. I was getting responses and good customer service till around last Dec. I have two support tickets that have been up for 4 months with no response...

They ask for your SSN? Did any of you that completed ID Watchdog use VCC?

I googled them and they seem to be a legit company.

i googled as well and found nothing bad...apparently they have a commercial (never seen it in CA) and most scamming companies don't put effort or money in to that...

but yeah...no e-mail or credit...more worried bout the e-mail tho :/

UPDATE: Got credit right after i submitted that :)....yay, now i'm sitting on 4 credits...just waiting for july to roll by...then here i come Fight Night 4

Watchdog ID looked like a good one, but I've got no email or credit yet either. It's only been 10 minutes, but I'm not too happy with not getting an email. I guess I'll spend my 30 day trial harrassing them to "resend" my confirmation email.

EDIT - Woohoo! Watchdog credited! Still no email though. Thank God for good fortune!

UFC Undisputed
Fight Night RD 4
Prototype
Red Faction
Batman Arkham Asylum

ID Watchdog credited for me within minutes. I haven't received a confirmation email yet though. I also signed up for Maxx Trim, received confirmation emails immediately. Its after business hours, so we'll see if it credits tomorrow.

EDIT: Confirmation email for ID Watchdog came about 20min after sign up. Also, I used a VCC for both ID Watchdog and Maxx Trim.

Just signed up for the IDwatchdog offer. Already got credit.

Anybody else take a look at their records on there? My records show my name/address, along with somebody else's name/address. I have never heard of the second person, so it's definitely not supposed to be there.

I called the number to discuss it. They say they can investigate "over 40" areas to determine if it's an error (crossed records, etc.) or a legitimate identity theft. Thing is, they want $99 to do this research. I told them I'd hold off for now and get back to them.

Anybody else have these "inaccurate records"? I don't think I'm gonna pony up $99. My credit has been perfect for a few years now, and there hasn't been any suspicious activity under my name. If anybody knows a good way to reasearch this on my own, I would appreciate hearing about it.

------------

Was also gonna try FFA tonight, but it seems it's back down. Ugh.

Just did ID watchdog too and got credit

When that screen came up for me, everything seemed accurate. Not quite sure what the date on the bottom meant under all the info.

I had a couple of addresses listed that I've never lived at, but knew people who did. I was going to call the number, but I'm glad I didn't now.

Dammit, it won't let me connect to ID watchdog either. Anyone know how to allow specific sites in if your antivirus is blocking them? I'm failing at this right now.

I got an email 4 minutes after my last post stating I received credit for ID Watchdog. Easiest credit ever, gunna wait a few days before I cancel. Too bad nothing coming up worth getting, I might have to get Dead Space since it hasn't dropped since it came out and i've been wanting to play it.

Wow, that was the quickest credit I've ever gotten from them. Signed up for ID Watchdog, and less than 10 minutes later, I had credit. Just need one more for another game.

I just looked at ID Watchdog, and it says "Must remain a member of service for 21 days to retain credit." So the catch is you have to remember to cancel after 21 days but before 30 days or they'll take your credit away, I guess.

Yeah, like Bill said, the offer requirements state that in order to retain credit, you need to remain a member of the service for at least 21 days, so you might not want to cancel in just a few days, or you might lose the credit. I set myself up a reminder to cancel in about 24 days (set the reminder for May 8), so that way I don't forget.

Is anyone using IE8 when signing up for ID Watchdog? The site won't properly load in either normal or compatability mode. I'd try it in firefox, but had been sticking to IE with recent offers when I was having getting credit via firefox. Also did anyone use a VCC from PayPal on that offer? thanks!

FLux did
I used a VCC for both ID Watchdog and Maxx Trim.
I think the information about ID Watchdog in the OP is outdated. I just did it and it said there's only a $1 charge, and I was given a different customer service number.
Thanks, how did I miss that before? I guess I was just bummed that I couldn't get this offer to go through and was speed reading the thread.

Well I shut down IE8, cleaned out cookies, etc and restarted and was able to sign up for ID Watchdog. Received credit from TraInn 12 minutes after receiving my confirmation email from ID Watchdog. :bouncy: No problems with the VCC.

Also had some weird addresses on mine, but I'm not paying $99 for them to investigate it.

I think the $1 charge is just to verify the CC you supplied was valid. I'm guessing they will charge the $1.95 (or whatever the amount is) in the next day or so.

Man, am I the only one to not get an instant or at least somewhat instant credit for ID Watchdog?

Been 12 hours for me, still no credit.

K good, I checked this morning and had no credit, but that was early. Hopefully my credit comes soon

Has anyone tried the DoubleDay or Progressive Book Clubs? If its as easy to cancel as Book of the Month Club was, might be worth a shot.
