Geez...this is starting to get pretty bad. By all appearances, it looks like Trainn is on its way out, but then we get things about them "improving the site" or starting new ones. Unless their attention is really just that divided, I don't know why they would take on more when they can't seem to keep up with the sites they have.
I used to have no doubts in the service and have no problems recommending it to others. But at this point, I feel like I'm just waiting on the other shoe to drop and to just stop receiving games from them entirely. The few people who got release date delivery lately, you guys are lucky as hell.
No idea why they wouldn't order the item when they say they have. Lack of funds? Business equivalent of living paycheck to paycheck? Whatever the reason, it's been pretty well documented here that they've been operating at a slower speed and need a little extra motivation to get things done. The problem with this mentality is that it causes you to get backed up. They've got new orders to fill on top of old orders, and it probably doesn't take much for one of them to get overlooked. It's pretty bad when every order I place now, I'm just hopeful it will show up.
Honestly, I've felt like I'm more or less done with Trainn once I complete one more offer and order my last game. They've been slacking, for some reason or another...and I've also kinda felt like they'll someday kick the bucket and close up shop. (Which is why I've never hoarded credits for very long.)
That being said...my Driver issue is funny. Funny that I put in an order for it and Gears 3 within a few minutes...well before Gears 3 was even out. And, I got it already (on release date, like mentioned). I'm putting in a help desk ticket and email tonight for Driver...but, I think I'm at the back of the queue behind everybody else.
EDIT: Sent my email off. Will open a Support Ticket tonight, when I get home. (Their site is blocked at work.)
