Anyone else having a weird issue with checking out on the website. Everytime I finalize the checkout it says the order is declined and to try a different payment method or contact customer service. I've tried different payment methods and it shows up in my bank account as a charge then immediate refund. So it's some sort of error on Gamestops end not my credit card.

Same with me, This is very similar to last month's PayPal ebay iTunes gift card fiasco. Some people got it with no problem but others, no matter what they tried, got declined.

I have tried Apple Pay, credit card, paypal, logging in, as a guestg, everything and get declined everytime.

I hate Gamestop.

Yea what's even worse is I'm on a cruise with my family for Thanksgiving so I don't even have the option to try to pick up what I want in store. And then after spending 45 minutes on hold their Customer Service department tells me to try my order again in 72 hours. When I explained that the sale would be over by then she said I should just purchase the items even if they're not on sale then. Great customer service experience.

Dunno about Blue Reflection, but A Plague Tale is a contender for my personal GotY. And I don't even like stealth games too much, but the main gameplay mechanic has you avoiding swarms of rats and eventually utilizing them to take down enemies, and it was completely unique and fun as hell. The narrative and visuals seem surprisingly AAA for a mid-range game too.

I'm not sure if you're responding to me but your comment is kind of silly. Almost every single game that is sold there at any one time can be found cheaper elsewhere used and their new prices are often beat as well now, even when they're on sale. They don't have anything you can't get elsewhere, so it's silly for you to assume people "need" them for anything. It's also even worse for you to assume that just because somebody is "bashing" an overpriced store that obviously doesn't care about their customers or employees that somehow means they're just constant complainers.

Yes Gamestop has a few good deals every now and then. And if you're a member AND they have a certain trade in special going on you can SOMETIMES twist it to the point you make a little more off trade ins than you can on Ebay/here, but that's about it. Unless you're super into overpriced, cheaply made merchandise or POP toys (which also can often be found cheaper elsewhere.) Walmart has them beaten on almost all new game prices now and Amazon/this site/Ebay almost always beat them for used prices. So unless you desperately need a game THAT day, it's almost always the worst deal. Please tell me how this makes me or others some kind of constant complainer, rather than just calling it like I see it. Also please tell me what they do or have on a regular basis that can't be found elsewhere or any other merits you think we're all missing.

I just noticed the commenter above me talking about not wanting to buy from GS because of their silly policy of selling open games as new that no other retailer could do with any other item and expect to get away with it. I've seen people like you retort saying they're stupid for caring that the game is open. What most of you don't know is they did this for years while letting employees take the games home to play, bringing them back to the store within a week and re-selling them as new. I'm sure this isn't "technically" allowed there anymore but it could easily be done and with the high mark ups they have on most new games, consumers deserve to know for sure it's new.

So again, please tell me the merit of a store that almost always worse prices used or new than ebay/Amazon/CAG/Walmart (not counting the 2 weeks a year they actually have good sale pricing,) sells you open items as new, treats their employees like crap, gives awful trade in values 99% of the year and up-sells you like crazy on your way out. And again I outlined the few decent things about them as well because I don't just go around looking for things to complain about. Why don't you blind Gamestop defenders go pay $25 for Bully or $30 for Fight Night Champion used and then tell me how much I need them?

Fight Night Champion physical is $35 shipped from Amazon right now so $27/$30 plus tax is a better deal.
