Did saw the buy two Fable 3 and get a game for free mention earlier today on Slickdeals, but was not really going to end up with about $80 in store credit.
 
For 14.99, it's a bargain considering used costs a bit more(19.99 w/tax). Still haven't opened my copy yet but hopefully shortly i will : D

This has been already mentioned in other Gamestop pricedrop threads, as well as the current Powerup sale. It, with alot of other Square games dropped to the 14.99-17.99 used range.
 
Scored Just Cause 2 (PS3) sealed for $19.99 at my local GS. Was hoping to get Star Ocean, but they only had the one gutted copy left.
 
Those fucking idiots at GameStop told me that they had never heard of the bonus 50% thing.

They told me I have to print out the ad and then go back to the store. fucking ridiculous, the managers didn't even know about it (or they were pretending to not know)

It should ring up automatically, so don't worry about it. The guy at my store also didn't know about it, but I pointed at the stack of weekly ads on the counter that showed a large "50% BONUS" box on the front.
 
Got $40 credit trading in Black Ops with the extra 50%+10% from edge. I said fuck it and took the credit over dealing with 20 retarded teenagers on craigslist.

wasnt sure where to post this so I'll ask in here:

when I put in my PUR card # on the website my discount doesnt show up. when I put in cag16 the discounts show, are they supposed to show the same way with the PUR card#? It does say youve got discounts and youve earned points, but I dont see the 10% off???? thanks for the help
 
Saw BFBC2 Ultimate Edition (PS3/360, new but gutted) with a $39.99 price tag and a $20 off sticker on it. I think GS meant it to be $40 after saving but then it just got an universal price drop. Hopefully, people can get it for $20, which is a steal for the game + BF1943 + the $10 onslaught DLC.

Is this in store only?

The automatic 10% off PS2 games doesn't stack with cag16 so I guess its only possible to get 10% off until it expires.
 
I'm thinking about taking my PSP 2000 and Fable III and trading it for a white PSPGo. My PSP has cfw but I've heard the Go is about to be cracked.

I don't even own a UMD anyways, I just play old stuff and some PS1 games. With the extra 50% and $25 hardware bonus I could get one for about $30 or so out of pocket. Thoughts?
 
just got back from there and picked up BFBC2 Ultimate Edition for 360 was $39.99 but had a $20 off on it at frist it didnt ring up as the sale price think he had to override it so got it for $19.99 and then i also picked up the new wireless controller with play and charge kit in it for $64.99 got half way home and see there no battery pack with it so i went back in the store and they were like ohh sry about that we must of took one out for somthing i mean i buy it new and the darn box was open! what the heck lol but the BFBC 2 ultimate was new wasnt gutted woot

I don't download ISOs though. Just roms of old games I used to own back in the day but have since stopped working. Some of them I own on VC through the Wii. I legitimatley download my music and I buy movies and games, and if some of those old games were made widely available, I'd buy them too.

When you do a Pick Up @ Store, you have to be the in store price.
 
I went to my local gamestop and they said there was only a 40% trade boost so with my power-up card it only game to 50%. I declined their offer of $25 for 7 PSP games and 3 GCN Games. I was lucky enough to get their last Kinect so it wasn't all bad.

The 3DS comes out next March 2011, and the PSP2 is rumored to come out Holiday 2011. If I were you, I would wait, because the PSP GO is not that great.

Awesome. I tried picking up a copy tonight but the girl (manager I think) said the $20 off sticker was already deducted in the system making it $39.99 on sale. I called bullshit because I know other games in the bin were priced before discount, but she wouldn't budge and I didn't get to pick it up. Oh well...

You can't use it with CAG16, so CAG16 is the better deal anyway.

today i bought the undead nightmare collection on xbox 360 and payed only $26.99 plus tax but on there site is says its on sale for $29.99 weird.

I got the same thing (almost). Clerk said it was supposed to be for used copies. Only sucky thing is that I got the last copy so he stuck a seal on the case. Not exactly the best-looking Christmas gift. Wonder if they'll do an exchange if I can find it at any GS before Christmas. Also got MAG for $15 so I can kick my nephew's ass (that's more of a present for me).

I got Tales of the Abyss, Megaman X Collection, ZOE2. All were 19.99 originally.

The computer automatically took off 10%, then B2G1F, and finally edge, leaving it 16.19 for the first two games that rang up. I was out the door for them at around 32 and change.

In store only I guess, the PS2 selection around here was pillaged long ago. Can't even get cag16 to stack with the 10% off online.
 
Question. Since GTA IV Complete is $29.99 any chance the Episodes From Liberty City pack dropped as well? I own GTA IV but I don't own the episodes and I would like to get them for like $20 if possible.

I just take them to a brick & mortar store and exchange them for complete edition. I have no idea who trades in games, but I'm amazed by all the asswipes who trade in games without the inserts and instructions.

Btw, when I traded some games in today, the 50% bonus wasn't on the receipt. I almost walked out of the store when I noticed it and the clerk apologized and did it again and then it applied. Very weird.

So I went back to Gamestop to try again with a different employee to get the stickered deal on Battlefield Bad Company 2 Ultimate Edition. The dude who helped me I think is the store manager. Anyway, I brought the last copy up to him and specifically asked if the $20 sticker was taken off the 39.99 price. He said yes it was and I walked out with the game for $19.99!! I just hope the codes work since it was a gutted copy. If all is well with the codes then I am very happy.
