I got the GS email about their weekly flyer and they show a few price drops. THP8 is for a limited time but the others should be permanent.

New games, all to $19.99:

PS2 Ape Escape 3 - from $39.99. I don't know why this isn't cheaper yet. They were selling it for $9.99 during the end of last year and beginning of this one. Great game though, for anybody but especially younger kids. Very short though.

PS2 Eye Toy: Operation Spy - from $29.99. No Eye-toy included... Also they sell it used for $5.99. That's probably the better deal.

PSP Medievil Resurrection - from $29.99.

PSP Neopets: Petpet Adventures - The Wand of Wishing - from $29.99

360 Tony Hawk's Project 8 - from $49.99. ONLY UNTIL 9/20!!

Used price drops:

Ape Escape 3 had dropped last Saturday as I got it for 19.99 but they didn't announce it until today...weird.
 
Im not sure id the Halo Zunes are on sale though....if they are, you bet im gonna go out and try to get one.
 
I finally got project 8 two weeks ago with the $10 off coupon. I got it used for $24.99. guess i shoulda waited a little while longer.
 
I have to disagree that Ape Escape 3 is short. It would be if you just ran through the levels, but there's a ton to do in the game. There are hundreds of things to buy, time trials, tons of optional monkeys to catch, plus the minigames, including a Metal Gear Solid parody that takes quite awhile to get through just by itself.
 
The Halo Zune is $199.99 now too in store(on-line is $400 bundled only). I tried using the 10% off coupon at one store and they rejected it, but at another store, the manager took it. $180 for the halo zune was a steal.

Well... yeah. >_> But when AE3 came to mind, i was just thinking about the main runthough. There is alot of extra stuff to do though. And the MGS parody ROCKS!! Too bad they couldn't get david Hayter to voice Snake though... :(

You mean $180, right? 10% of $199.99 is $20.

Sorry about that. I typed that a little too fast. Yes, it was $180. I don't think the coupon is supposed to work on it, but they figured it didn't specifically say so the manager overrode it.
 
That's a good price for Project 8?!? I thought most places had it for $40 now. I bought it months ago from Amazon DOTD for $25.

Its $20, WAS $49.99
 
Yeah, I might go get this now. Seems like a great deal although makes me wonder why they took so long to lower it.

The Zune is eh, I have a zune cause I wanted something different. It does what it does, I wish there was more functionality with it though. It just seems so locked up.
 
bingbangboom: This is why I love my iPod with Rockbox installed. I love having a 20gb ogg vorbis player for less then $50 :p
 
i noticed in store that the used Tony Hawk project 8 was down to $17.99...wierd since "sale" games dont usually drop used prices
 
Gonna have to get Project 8... the last Tony Hawk Game I Played was THUG, so time to get baack into the series. :) THUG 2/American Wasteland both just seemed silly to me; I always liked the pro skater series better.
