Couple of things i found out at my local store today. the $15 taco bell cards no longer work or they didn't at my store. Manager had to throw them away. Also i found out that since stores got the new xbox one controllers with with the audio jacks, the old original controllers where converted to used but still sealed in the box.

I have noticed that tablet's are about at every store around Indy. I haven't really ever been asked about looking at my account info, but i usually only shop at my local store. The manager at my local store is just great, always throw free swag my way, actually got a free F1 2015 Metal Pack today.

Ah I forgot, same thing happened to me on Saturday. I tried buying a $15 Taco Bell gift card but they couldn't get it to activate. But while I was at another store, they had these Taco Bell GC's that had $15-$100 on them. That one worked just fine.

A lot of TiV are unusually high today. $27.5 for Pokémon, $22 for Tomb RaiderE and $27.5 KH 3D? Heck Pikmin 3 is almost $50. I might trade in Batman and Pokemon AS tommorrow if the prices stick.

lol Fire Emblem Awakening is $38.5 for PRO. Something is probably wrong with their system because that's pretty much MSRP.

Two PUR related questions...

I got my brother to make a new account for my last batch of trades. I just activated his account on the PUR site. How long should it take for the B2G1 coupon to present itself? 

Do B2G1 coupons disappear within two months? I renewed on my main account the last day of May and I know I got a B2G1 coupon then (saw it online the next day and the guy handed one to me) and he said that they expire within 3 months. I'm not seeing it in my active offers though?

48-72 hours mine have showed up
I believe they have a set expiration for all issued within a window of time. My last 3 all ended on the last day of a month and were only good for less than 3 months

You might be onto something because there is NO WAY they would offer that much. They definitely would never give more than $60 for some games either.

The high trade in values are carryovers from the trade in value bump for "Most Wanted" games over the weekend. I imagine they will go back down tomorrow so trade in today if you want.

I wonder if they will go down 20% or go back to values before the big increases.

I went into the store a few hours ago to 'test' my Trade-in status. I hadn't given him my PUR account yet, but I was told from the Store Manager that the DM went through a list of names in their district call w/ all the stores and mentioned "suspicious activity" ... and my name was on that list. I didn't even use my local store for any of those trades, either.

I only had one round of boomerangs (and only looks like 5 doubles - FE, Kirby, Mlb, smb64 and Saints), but my Gross Trade Total (net was maybe half?) for the weekend was roughly $1380.

Not sure if my account was flagged by a Jr detective or not, but he said they ran through almost 50 names... so Jr detectives had to be from more than one store.

$15 cards won't activate but the pick your own value ones with $15-$100 work.

Not stores, but districts. If your a long time gamestoper at your local stop you'd be amazed the info you can get from a 5 minute chat while checking out. You can learn where districts end and begin and other company policies. Sometimes stores right next to one another are different districts while others you think aren't the same are.

If you mess up in my area you're kind of screwed as the district I shop in is all of south St. Louis County down I-55 all the way to the last major town in south Missouri, Cape Girardeau. Also stretches west on I-44 past Eureka & Washington.

You'd have to go into the city (which requires fingerprints in addition to ID) or northwest to Chesterfield/St. Charles County.

Funny about a month ago I found another fat PS2 in better shape for $14. I love the slim but sometimes it's great to be able to stand these things vertically without the need for accessories.

I tried buying a Taco Bell gift card with my store credit but it kept on saying "item cannot be sold, refund customer". It was weird but I was able to buy a $20 psn card before trying to get the tacobell card.
