Just got falling skies (2) storm generations and dynasty warriors 7. Anyone know if the tiv for those have always been 7 at bestbuy and if theres a high chance the tiv hold?

They'll probably hold, but it's always a coin toss. I traded-in those 3 and ninja storm 2 @BB for $30.80

Well never lose your gift cards they say they won't replace them at the store and over the phone even with receipts. Well only $4.5 was lost but still they really should change that policy.

In Cali, stores are required to cash out gift cards with less than $10...that's what I always do

do what i do, and treat it as a debit card/ credit card, and you will almost never lose it

At one of my gamestops, the employee can choose  to put a refurbish fee on disc only trade ins or not. He lied to me in my face about my the fees were added. I only traded in two discs..... Idiot.....I could have came back with the cases...

Yeah unfortunately that's how they do it for the new games. Bought Far Cry 4 last week and another new game and was the same thing.

Ugh. The worst. Not only that, but they add that awful clear tape (to mark it as "new" for returns) that leaves so much residue.

Chances are it will drop to $30 base (xb1 version), unless GS puts it on sale, which rumor has it they will. Then it is a gamble to what the base will be. We will know more tomorrow when GS's new ad comes out.

Has anyone noticed that if you use a PUR pro card along with a $5 rewards coupon, it takes the $5 off first, THEN it gives you 10% off? I specifically made sure that I had him swipe the card first, then the coupon, yet it still did that anyway. Seems like kind of a bs policy to be honest.

A lot of retailers apply $ off coupons before % off so it's to be expected honestly

Yeah I suppose, and now that I've done the calculation it's only a difference of 50 cents, so whatever.

Anyone notice how Best Buy reward certificates give you the amount of the certificate off first THEN you only get points on the rest.

Or how at Target you use coupons and THEN get the 5% off from the Redcard! Makes me mad and I think it's unfair.

When I did it last week, I got the $30 plus the PUR 10% bonus of the base value I believe. I also got a bonus with that 50% coupon last week.

But this week, it should be $30 plus $2.50 from the PUR 10% bonus.

I thought so to. So I returned it. Luckily I did this with the 50% boost making the trade of the controller $45. $30 + $15 from 50% code.
