Beef, send me a PS3 friend request... I need more FGT people... I need to delete alot of people on both my 360 and PS3 lists. I forget who 75% of them are.
Don't delete me!

And we need to play Eye of Judgment someday. Would give me an excuse to actually play it lol.

GameVideos has some new SFIV matches up, Rose vs. Cammy, Dan vs. Sakura & Gen vs. Fei Long. Two things of note, it looks like Cammy can overshoot and miss her opponent with the Spinning Back Knuckle. Also, Gen can combo his super into his ultra, judging by the video.

It's just over a month away and I can't freaking wait.

I sold it but still have the cards >_<

I like it but don't have the budget to support it.
Felicia? If I did her... well, I'd do her.
Go get that pussy Double R! :bouncy:
Fighting Chuns as Hawk is just annoying, cause all they do is jump. I approach, they jump. I jump, they jump. I sneeze because I'm sick, they jump. So I just started jumping towards them with jab sticking out, and it works awesome.

Although I hate her damn grab priority. I swear, I'm getting her in the jab>Hammer lock, then she busts out of it faster than anyone, and throws me.
I'm not a Tony Hawk player so I might be wrong, but can't you just shoryuken when she jumps?

Not when she's jumping away from me. Not even the fierce version can hit her. If she's in the corner, on the other hand, then she's done for. All the dumb Chuns corner themselves, and try wall-jumping to get away, then I shoryuken, and I win, because I can (probably) get the lock.
Of course, you could always just go for B.B.Hood. You probably can't NOT have fun with her. You could take Mr. Beef's idea above and incorporate B.B.Hood by making it HER lunch basket that they've stolen and are eating.
Draw B.B.Hood having a Zombie BBQ.

That's pretty much all a chun player needs. Heck I'm sure there are turbo $$$s out there just holding forward and mp.

Btw, can't THawks SRK beat out Chun's jumping lk? I think you just have to do it late. But then there's j. down forward kick which eats SRKs...

Hawk's SRK beats Chun's aerials, but Chun always jump kicks my Dive, which kills it. I guess I get too frustrated, and Dive a lot, so it's easy to see coming. I've been getting the hang of the Hammer lock, and I can do it against most characters without fucking up. I wish his super was more useful, but by the time I get his bar full, one regular Hammer is usually enough to finish the job...except that one match with Zangief I mentioned earlier.

I try to get it on Akuma though, because sometimes I just like being a dick. :p
But god damn to I hate fighting shotos as chun-li. She really has very little to get out of fireball traps/jump-in forward-cr.RH.

Best bet is to not get in those situations, but it's tough.

I feel much more confident in Sagat, Guile, and Blanka matches now though. Most XBL players that use them use shallow tactics as well. Vega is a whole different thing. Chun destroys him on the ground but it's basically Rock/Paper/Scissors when he jumps off the wall.
shotos as chunli, chun generally has the advantage.
if they wanna fireball war just trade fireballs. chun's super is way more useful and game changing, because then you can blow through fireballs. her ridiculous throw range means that you can punish any whiffed psychic DP with a throw, and you should always be able to beat jump ins with jump straight up roundhouse.

against vega on the wall, just jump back and hit fierce. you'll hit him out of the air if he does a regular wall dive and if he goes for the throw you'll throw him first.
Does anyone want my ex2?
It has hardly been played and never abused.

I will let it go for 30 bones.
PM Me if interested.
Is that for 360? If so, CML.

Son of a bitch. I hate people who can't take a fucking loss. I fucking hate it. I was playing this Blanka player this morning, and he beats me clean two whole matches in a row. Then, when I see him again for a third match, I manage to beat him, but before I can get the last hit in, he disconnects. What the fuck!? He already won two matches beforehand? Where's the fucking logic!? That shit completely ruined my morning.

That sucks. I hate little bitches like that. Take your loss like a fucking man.
hey markman-- how clicky are the Tournament Edition sticks? Just wondering if they are as loud as the EX2s.
If it uses the same Sanwa JLF I'm using it's definetly not quiet. I've used it while my GF is sleeping in the room and she doesn't mind, but she's a dead sleeper.

I like the clickiness though - Gives you some response. One thing that's hard to get used to is doing sweeping fireball type motions on the Sanwa, since it has a more squared base, you need to move more like Down, Right, Up with the stick than just Down to Forward.

I mostly play Chun though so I don't notice that as much. If I get into playing Ken I'll have to get used to that.

Just for added clarity, ninja dog, I'd say the stick is just slightly louder than a mouse click noise. But that is every time you hit a direction and a switch is toggled.

Yeah i know, but I won't be messing around with it for a while. The square gate is completely fine, just different, right?

Pretty much. I love my JLF. If I want to make some noise though, I'll go mash on my Happ stick. The buttons and stick both use cherry switches on Happ parts, so everything you do is click click click. :)

You just need to get used to a square gate. I usually ride it when I'm doing motions.

That's what she said?

 I quit cuz you were playing cheap!
And the cast of Virtua Fighter.
And Ulala. And call it Guilty Sega Superstars.

What ever happened to her, anyway?

Thanks for the input Jer. Can you make a comparison to the Hori EX2 sticks? It sounds like it might be slightly quieter than those.
There's a octagonal gate you can get.
Oooh, I might have to get one of those. and switch it back for Tekken 6!
