Nice call on the werebridget.

I dunno, I owned an EX2 for a day for Soul Calibur 4, then decided I hated Soul Calibur 4 and sold the stick and the game.

The octagonal gate means there's less space to hit the diagonals, right? And there will be less travel in the diagonal directions?

the ex2 is a fun stick. i feel more accurate playing on it for HDR than my HRAP.

but i would rather use the HRAP for 3D games.

So MarkMan! Seeing as how you live in San Diego, what else is there to do there besides this? I might be going there this weekend, and I wanna be prepared, as it's my first time in SD.
 
if you go to san diego and don't get carne asada fries or california burritos, it's a wasted trip.

also since you're in ucsd area, bongiorno's on miramar rd. makes top tier pizza.

Which guilty gear is worth getting. I keep hearing about it, and want to start playing it. I have a ps2,dc, wii,xbox 360, and ps3 and is a pad or stick better for guilty gear

strange heads up. I think it's very good news. very.

Everyone knows I go to art college, and art kids really don't do much gaming (actually not true, but stay with me) but already in the past week I've been approached at school by many classmates telling me how amazing they think SFIV is. this is coming from people I never see play games. this is also me not bringing the subject up, they talk to me about it (then again, the entire school knows me as the guy who knows everything about video games... or something... sad).

Someone d/c'd against me again, but I was too busy laughing to get mad, because I did Hawk's kick throw, and when he was released, I walked behind him before he could land, then I c.jabbed into another kick throw. Heheheh.

I also got more supers against Zangiefs, but that's hadly something to brag about.
 
I told Markman in the AIM chatroom that I spent a weekend in san diego and didnt eat carne asada fries and burritos.

that was over 3 years ago and I have yet to atone for the sins committed that weekend.

So far Markman and JEKKI are confirmed characters.

I'm tossing around the idea of having the main hero named Rero, or something that sounds the same and is spelled differently. Also possibly considering one of his weapons to be silver drum sticks.

MarkMan is probably going to be the coolest character in the film from where production stands so far. Black full body costume, still have yet to decide on face mask design and weapon. He's the anti-hero.

JEKKI is going to be the most fun to play as, due to how the costume is going to be built.

I don't start shooting until either next week or the week after due to homework and an art show this weekend that I have a video animation to finish for.

Nice man, congratz. I have my professional semester right now, so I'm all business these days as well. (Until SF4 comes out :))

u should make Markman wearing these dark sunglasses so he seems all mysterious,

but when the full moon comes out he turns into a giant bear, but the sunglasses still stay on.

and in bear mode he's like raawwwr and wreaks havok on the town, until it takes the innocence of a little boy to tame the beast.

the boy thus mounts the bear like a ridable animal and they proceed off into the sunset only to reach their destination of Dracula's castle, where they need to take the spaceship and travel the astros in the search of the Fresh Prince of Bel Aire

Yeah, nearing the end of college is kinda weird. I'm in a weird limbo state at the moment at my college due to how classes are setup. I'm a senior, but I have to take classes as a junior...?

how far are things for you? still surviving?... especially without EX3? >_<

With all them new folks popping into the thread, this is one of the most legit things I've read as of late.

I've attempted the IM Infinite but choke after a couple try's at it. Same goes when I attempt ROM.
 
BlueS, I'm still planning on trying to get your name into one of the commercials. It's tricky getting everyone's name in somehow, since this thread is what the concept of the film is slightly based off of.

I don't have a problem with ROM anymore, I've gotten it up to 40ish hits in a match against good players.

Iron man's stuff is damned hard though, he's like a baby sentinel with all his unflying!
