People consider it bad because it was crazy over charted. I didn't realize that until I played Rock Band, which was much better charted.

I don't hate GH3. I sunk a ton of hours into that bitch. Got pretty decent too. Never beat it on expert though, fucking slipknot.

Have you seen the drum charts for Hot For Teacher? It's freaking crazy.

How the hell do you open the ports for utorrent? port forward is zero help.

MLB 08 The Show is fun. I want Fable.

I got a sweet app for my Macbook that displays a little pop up at the bottom of my screen for 2 seconds every time a song changes in iTunes.

My friend's PS3 stopped reading discs just now. It hasn't been a year since he bought so he should be able to get it fixed via the warranty. Sucks for him though.

I just did the most epic thing I've ever done. Ever.

I cleaned my bathroom.

I've heard rumors that it wasn't possible, and that I could lose my life. I did it though, and I succeeded.

Gaming related, I was tempted to go get Farcry 2 tonight from Blockbuster, but then I remembered that it was an Ubisoft game. Spending full price on an Ubisoft game is like burning money. Just doesn't make sense.

Yeah man! If you let a bathroom go, its like trying to fight Dio Brando or something!

Your bathroom will stop time and then drop a steamroller on you!

Also, I'm on boss 3(I think) of the new castlevania.....and death 5 -_-

I'm going on week two without mine being cleaned. I should probably change that...

In other news, I have 3 warhammer figures left to paint.

And I'm going to just play Disgaea tonight. I need to get everyone up in the double digits. I'll be damned if the grinding in this game is more annoying than most others I've attempted.

though not entirely a Ubisoft made game, No More Heroes was worth the moneez.

I expect a spin off: No More Babiez

It's been over a month since I cleaned mine :whistle2:#

And speaking of Disgaea, I just picked that up for PSP today. It was $30, but I ended up getting it instead of Star Ocean. I hate the Square Enix tax.

I'd just leave Jesus.

I wouldn't be at school half as much as I am, but if we miss 3 or less days, we don't have to take the semester tests.

high school I'm guessing? yeah, public school can suck dickers.

you'll be glad when you hit college because (not that I recommend it) you can skip all classes and still pass as well as other things.

then again it does kinda depend on what major ur on and who you got as a prof.

At least in art school you pay to draw naked women models... and men >_

Being a business major, I get to learn about how to manage people all day.

Played Fable 2 for longer than I expected last night, which resulted in me missing class this morning. Time to find someone to get notes from.....:bomb:

So you missed it on accident?
So you missed it on accident?
Yeah, It's really the only class I don't want to miss, because there's no book, and whatever he goes over in class will be on the tests, and his notes don't get put on his website. So, if you miss class, you miss test notes.

On the subject of Fable II, I just beat it. I guess I'll continue to play it for the next few days until I get my hands on LittleBigPlanet. I need to figure out where I can get some in-game furniture for my house, though. They aren't really elaborate about what places sell what.

No gaming for me last night. And I've got a stupid busy day today, so less gaming for me today. Blah. fucking school

I really think I'm losing my spark for Disgaea. But maybe I just need to stop grinding for a bit and progress in the story.
I'm sowly working on the warriors on PSP... even with the bad sub-par graphics, it's a really well made beat-em-up.
I was playing that over the weekend, I kept getting stuck at a "stealth" bit near the begining where you have to tag the back of a hideout. You start off standing on a roof, I wasn't sure where I was supposed to go to avoid being seen.

I'm currently assembling a dream team of 17 PSP games to take back to the Uk with me at Christmas, I'm not sure yet if the Warriors will make the cut, this is what I've got so far

GOW: COO
Burnout Dominator
Xmen Legends 2
Twisted Metal
N+
Super Space Invaders Extreme
Test Drive Unlimited
Sega Rally Revo
ATV Offroad Fury
Snoopy Vs the Red Baron
Silent Hill Origins
Syphon Filter: Logans Shadow
Wipeout Pulse
FF: Crisis Core
SNK Hits Vol 1
SSX on Tour
Field Commander
Flatout: Head-on

SNK hits I'm really not sure about.

Gah... the asteroid was a PITA in Dead Space

Actually, performing what needed to be done wasn't hard

It was figuring out what do do that was the problem. I must've missed the bit about the tethers

Don't forget to add Outrun 2006 to that list. It's an AWESOME game.

Also
SNES9x lol

Seriously though. Custom Firmware.

I've got Outrun Jer but I've played it to death, I've got like 40-50 PSP games, most of those on the list are things I've picked up recently in preparation for the trip.

I have a GP2X for my retro gaming needs ;)

Pick up Tales of Eternia when you're over there. I just started it and I really like it. I hadn't played any of the Tales games before Symphonia but I was pleasantly surprised.

Thanks for the tip, I'll keep an eye out for it. There's a few games I'll look out for and pick them up if they're cheap, the exchange rate is swinging back in favour of the dollar, which is welcome.

Bout how long did it take you to finish Fable 2? Not long I'm guessing?

Just went on a cheap game spending spree this morning. Bought :360:Dark Sector from newegg (12.99 , also nabbed a SD card for my wii finally) :wii:Sega Superstars Tennis and :wii:Samurai Warriors Katana from gamefly (9.50 each). Saw a bunch of other games on gamefly that I thought about buying but I waiting to see if they will drop another dollar or two first.

I played some Buzz this morning. Finally created 20 quizzes and got my trophy for it.
To save you a lot of reading, LinkinPrime wanted the genre threads (fighting, RPG etc.) gone and just one General Gaming thread.

After much bitching (in which Chacrana and some others got temp bans), he relented and let us keep all the threads but they have to have normal names that never change, and not be restarted after 500 posts.

Point of all that? Beats the shit out of me. *shrugs*
He tries to change everything as he sees fit.. it's annoying sometimes.

Dead Space is good. It gets a little repetitive after a few hours so I'll shut it off and switch to something else. The environment (ambient noise and soundtrack) makes that game, much like Silent Hill.

On a side note, we got awesome Dead Space shirts in at work (I exaggerate when I say shirts, they only sent us like four). It's got Isaac on the front, then on the back (along the spinal area), it has his life meter.

TONIGHT! On GGT. We find out WHO GIVES A SHIT ABOUT TROPHIES

UPDATE!

Apparently nobody gives a shit so fuck em!

I don't give a shit about trophies. If other people do, that's fine, knock yourself out.

I tried to play Fable TLC on my 360, but it ran like ass. I have the PC version, which looks and runs so sweet, but I want to use a controller with it. And there's no real way to, only ghetto solutions.

Could always get the wireless piece that allows use of the xbox 360 controller on the pc.

How is gamefly? I just subscribed for a month because with shortage of money renting looks to be a good choice. Took the reduced month with 2 games out at a time. Just wasn't sure how fast they are.

I have a wired 360 pad and 4 PS2 to USB adapters. It just doesn't support controllers. MS apparently felt that they should remove controller support for the PC version, which was a mistake.

There's a program you can download that will make a controller work with Fable and like, any other PC game. I don't remember the name of it off the top of my head... But yeah. I found myself going back to keyboard controls not long in to playing.

And I just passed on a Soul Calibur IV stick. Sold for $30 + $6 shipping on ebay. I refused to get in to a bidding war for something I don't need. Ah well. That's three mighty muggs I can buy.

Hahaha, I thought this was hilarious.

“Today, Nintendo is excited to announce that we have Jack Shit in the works for core gamers everywhere,” declared Reggie with his signature swagger. “Jack Shit will come out next year for the Nintendo Wii. That’s right, we’re working on Jack Shit with you, the core gamer, in mind. When your friends brag about all the great upcoming games on the PS3 and Xbox360, make sure you let them know that you’ll be playing Jack Shit, probably for months. What better way to reward our devoted fans than by giving them Jack Shit? If you bought a Wii thinking you’d be playing traditional core games, than you seriously deserve Jack Shit.”

jackshit.jpg

Core gamers were confused by the announced release date, as most were pretty sure that Jack Shit already came out for Wii in 2008. More on this story as it develops.

Gonna start up P3 FES The Answer today.
