dullow_bg .. are you gonna be my Uncharted 2 co-op buddy? :grouphug:
You do realize it's 3-player co-op, right? YOU NEED ANOTHER! I volunteer
They've already got TFN_girl.
I started watching Attack of the Giant Leeches last night. :whee:

I like how the ranger guy and the lady (his girlfriend?) are out in a little boat in a hot swamp in the middle of the day, sweating their asses off, looking for the "creature" and they're drinking cups of coffee.

:D
I'm gonna watch that episode again soon, I remember it being pretty funny.

Is that the one with a big fat guy who's married to a blond chick about half his age and he catches her with some dude at the swamp ?

I ordered 5 more Riff Trax DVDs yesterday, the 3 I bought before were good.

Yeah. "He must have a great personality" - Crow
Wait, you didn't like TF2? Best Multiplayer FPS.....ever!
I liked it, but it didn't hook me as much as I wanted it to. And no matter how hard I tried I always sucked at it. Also, I was hoping for a more "team" oriented experience, but in games without a clan it was just a cluster f-ck.
Watch Lawrence Of Arabia (OMG 4 HOURS LONG)
But it's four hours of awesome! Well 3 hours 47 mins of awesome but you can you skip through ten of those minutes because of the music at the beginning, end, and intermission so it's really more of 3 and a half hours.

Finished Dark Sector. Really fun game for the price. I got alot more than I expected. I put a little more time into Nocturne. I am beginning to forsee that it will probably take me a few months to get thru this RPG, since it is kinda slow-paced and seems to require some grinding. Gonna try this week to put more time into GTAIV and get closer to beating it. I assume I'm about 4/5ths thru it so far so there's not much left, not counting all the side-mission stuff (many of which I've been doing as I go along anyway, so alot of those are near complete too.) I've just realized that I'm not really that excited about any game announced to come out this year (with the exception of Starcraft 2, but knowing Blizzard, it probably won't make it out this year anyway).
dallow - if you could have one 400pts XBLA game, which would it be?
Hmm, not counting the ones I already have?

I guess Marble Blast Ultra or Smash TV.

prolly.

My friend that works at GC just got back from some conference in Vegas and he's showering me in goodies (gift cards, game codes, etc) from his goodie bag. I guess their store was super  during the holidays and the company hooked 'em up with something nice.

I think I'll pass on SC since it looks like a barebones version of SCIV with just arcade, versus, survival, and an enhanced tutorial mode. I'd rather have a deep single-player mode for a PSP fighter than have it be focused on MP for replay value. Depending on what Tekken 6 features, I may finally get a copy of Dark Ressurection instead of picking up the new games.

T6 and SC4 for PSP sound good but I'll probably play them for 5 min and get bored, like any other portable fighter. What fun is a fighter on a system where any competition involves finding someone else who has the same system and the same game who wants to play with awful controls against you?

Portable fighters are kinda pointless.. you have to admit. 99% CPU play.

i don't look for much more than a fun diversion on portable systems....Tekken DR, SFA3, and Guilty Gear are games I keep coming back to for a quick fun diversion. Wouldn't mind adding more dependable games to my PSP library.

I'm excited for SF4 PC.. it doesn't take much to get me to buy that game again..

New shaders and enhanced graphics.. easy as that.

I like the sleep option on PSP so I can pick up and play whenever. Good for classic PSOne RPGs that I can't buy in the US because they're not released here.

And my favorite series on DS is Ace Attorney by a long, long shot. And Professor Layton is awesome as well. I suppose the latter is a longer series of "short diversions," but I can't say the same for AA.
I'm thinking about getting Gundam 2, but I'm afraid it's going to suck dick.
It's pretty simple. If you like Musou games, then you'll love it. Especially if you also like Gundam. If you don't like Musou games, then this one isn't going to change your mind.

Played more Silent Hill Homecoming.

Good stuff. Just another game I'm liking more than RE5.

So far the list goes SH Homecoming, Dead Space, Dark Sector>>RE5.

Kind of sad since RE4 was incredible. RE5 is not.
