I've been using Hugo for a while. He's fun. ^__^
I'll use anyone though on a whim, bringin' the Twelve and Necro assault.

I expect to see some crazy parries into standing 720s.
Ibuki for 3sO
I don't think I'm built for competitive games though. I only get so good before just being average forever.
I can't even do Fei Long links right now. I've played this shit for 2 years =[
I feel yah. Took me forever just to land consistent cr lk 3x xx lk sk with Bison. Blame it more on who you play. If you play known tournament players, you'll only get better. However if you just play scrubs online then you'll only get so far. I still can't do half of the trials still in SSF4.

I think I might check out Remy in 3SO.
Ken will be my main though.
Remy has that suave look thats too cool to touch. All I remember is that one of his supers (the mass sonic booms) can easily be full parried from just mashing forward. But its cool to see charge characters with non charge supers, it actually makes the viable
Look at SSF4, Chun Li and Bison were instantly bumped up on the list because of their non-charge ultras. Would have been sick is AE went the Hyper/3s route. You can select which version of character you want (Vanilla, Super, or AE) and the corresponding ultra with everyone's ultras in the AE version turn into a simple Ryu Shinku Hadouken motion (except Ultra Throws).
