I haven't played one since FF9... is there any worth playing this generation? Also one that is pretty simple, want my gf to play one.

How about Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey, Half Minute Hero (XBLA,) or Eternal Sonata (better on PS3) for the 360? Maybe 3D Dot Game Heroes or Valkyria Chronicles on the PS3 side?

Nightwing, Supergirl, Batgirl, and Deathstroke are all pretty average for me. They all have lots of potential though. New batgirl is still way worse than old bat girl though.

In ways it was a good thing I didn't go because the last day day of registration I was traveling on a job interview. This week would have been really bad for me to attend MAGFest since I got a job offer earlier this week, now I gotta go through pre-employment stuff and look for a new place to live in Virginia. I might try planning to go next year, but it will become a 2 1/2 hour drive instead of a 45 minute drive like it would be now (due to living close to VA Beach).

I beat inFAMOUS 2 5 days ago. I really enjoyed the game, but had no time to play any games or watch much anime all week. All the free time I have has been hitting the slopes to snowboard (I did yesterday and doing it again on Sunday).

Tales of Vesperia was co-RPG and co-X360 GotY on my podcast for 2008 so that's my pick also. $30 download on Games on Demand is the cheapest you can get it as vendors on Amazon charge $31-$35 w/shipping. GS charges $40 used.

I do that all the time on the weekend, today my alarm was for 9:30am, got up shut it off and slept till 11:00am, haha. I think I makeup for getting up at 7:30am on my weekdays by waking up late on the weekends.
