Ever since I watched the movie The Thing, I've wanted a killphrase just like in Deus Ex.

So many horror movies would have ended, like, twenty minutes in if the first victim could have just yelled, "Flatlander Woman!" and then exploded.

It'd be worth it.

Same number of pixels on the panel.

I'm certainly an LG fan and would certainly buy another one if I needed to replace one of the other TVs in my house. I have a 19" LG that's worked well as my kitchen table TV for the past 4 or so years. Never had any issues.

For TV vendors, I have Toshiba, LG, Samsung and Olevia. Had a Sony, though that was the prior TV that the LG 55" replaced. Loved it before it needed to be replaced under warranty.

I've heard that Sharp has low input lag in game mode, and that LG you posted has low input lag, which would make it another candidate.

How far away are you sitting from this soon-to-be-new TV?

Sorry I was so out of it last night. I had a brownie with some green raisins or something in it, made me kinda tired.
My mouth was really dry too.
I wasn't ready to handle the Skype drama in my condition.

EDIT: Great. That sound coming from my computer last night was my heatsink. Just ordered a new one. fucking piece of shit Cooler Master. The fan is fucked on it.
I'm idling between 35-40C, but it sounds like a fucking lawnmower. It's horrible. It's even vibrating. I'm afraid it's gonna explode.

Trying to get through Deux Ex: Human Revolution. I might just start the third Song of Ice and Fire book though. Stayed home from work today so I don't want to exert myself too much.
 
You should just stop LoL in general. It will make you an even worse DotA 2 player.

Don't tell me either game is mechanically difficult to learn, I've played mobas since they were first introduced.
 
I've been juggling SWTOR, Batman AA, Skyrim, and Saint's Row 3 right now. But last night I just spent some time watching Clone Wars season 3. Just a few more episodes left for me on that. I enjoy it, but it does kind of jump all over the place and mess around with the continuity in dangerous ways.

I'll have to relearn shit. I can deny minions in my sleep. Only difference with LoL is I can eat a sandwich in the first few minutes of the game.
 
Currently playing through Spiderman Shattered Dimensions. After that it's Red Faction Armageddon for a quick playthrough (picked it up for I think $8 during the Gamefly sale)
 
I'm still pissed that they decided to make Red Faction Armageddon an entirely different genre from Guerilla.

Aside from 3S at night, I'm still playing through Skyrim. Over 80 hours in now, and I think I've finally done just about everything I intend to do. All that's left is for me to get married, find a few more shouts, and then finish the main quest. I should probably be done with it finally in the next few days.

But that's the best part. The slow beginning gives casters a chance to explain what the fuck to idiots like me.

Contrast this with the one time I tried to watch a fighting game from Dreamhack; confusion and terror reigned.
