Not a fan of Dyad.
It's pretty.
But I didn't think it was *fun*.
I'd play around with it for $5 or less, but at $12? Sorry nice developer man. No dice.

Saw The Dark Knight Rises last night, I enjoyed it a lot. I had a few minor qualms with it, but it was still a really great watch. The movie is crazy long though, I missed a very small part where I climbed over a bunch of people to go to the bathroom, haha. I think I enjoyed Avengers more, but that is mostly because I enjoy super heroes when they aren't taking themselves totally seriously. Dark Knight Rises does a good job with capturing a darker and more serious tone though. I think The Dark Knight is still my favorite of the Batman movies, but Rises wrapped the series up nicely.

TDKR never felt boring or slow to me at all. I enjoyed every bit of the movie, especially when Bane was on screen. However I do consider The Avengers a much better superhero movie with The Amazing Garfield-man in 3rd place.

I got gitty when
Ra's al Ghul came on screen and told Bruce what it meant to be immortal.

You forgot one. Don't worry, I fixed it for you.

My qualms were mainly
the portrayal of Catwoman and the climax of the movie.

I didn't really like Catwoman's costume in the movie, and I thought her main motive was odd since she wanted a program to erase her records but I have to believe there were paper copies and people who knew what she looked like so I didn't really see how it was going to fix her problems. I also thought some of her movements were ridiculous, the fact that every time she was in her costume and walking around she had to have a major butt waggle was odd.

As for the climax, the police against the criminals fight was beyond ridiculous, like the police go rushing in towards a well armed group like this is some kind of medieval fight, and they had no formation at all basically just a mob, and then towards the end a bunch of them were just standing around clumped together asking to be shot. I also wasn't sold on Bane's sudden lose of power, I don't think having the tubes into his mouth removed would suddenly make him so weak, it felt like it was just a plot device to shift the focus onto Talia al Ghul. After that though everything was much better, and I thought the conclusion was great.
A bloody period?
Well, IIRC Bryce Dallas Howard, the chick who played Gwen Stacy in the film, did get pregnant not long after....
Picked up L..A. Noire today. Hopefully it's worth 13 bucks.
CUTSCENES! If you can really get into the character, then it can be amusing. Seriously though, it is a lesser quality telltale game.

But you love boring games!
