I've got all the current gen ones, recently I've mostly been playing on PC though.
If it's a fighter I own it on the PS3 since that's what I own fightsticks for, and because Capcom hasn't figured out how to keep the PC versions of their games updated.
From there, assuming it isn't on PC, it's basically whichever console has the better version, if they're equal I'll probably pick PS3.
