If you're talking about "just cause a game is 60fps, it's better than games that are 30fps", then yes.

However, if you're talking about 30fps vs. 60fps or a particular game makes no difference? I'm inclined to disagree.

Sounds like there was nothing to interest me at the MS presser, aside from car porn a new Forza, but I'm still pretty far behind with that series. It sounds like I will have to look more into this Titanfall thing, though, especially if there'll be a PC version.

Here's the new xbox 360 design from joystiq. From the looks of it, it just looks like a smaller 360.

There's definitely a sensitivity range involved -- I know I'm less demanding about frame rates than you or Hank, but I do not deny that games which have 60fps feel more fluid and responsive... and with more frames of animation and more chances to better refine input windows, it does make a difference. I have a bigger problem with framerate dips than I do with the actual 30 vs. 60 though.

Don't worry bro, I'm with you on 60fps being overrated. It's nice when it's there, but 30fps doesn't make a game unplayable nor does a bad game suddenly become good when it's running at 60fps instead of 30 or vice versa.

As far as Nintendo goes? I just hope the 3DS does well to validate the fact that I caved and got one this year. I still don't foresee any situation where I would care about the WiiU (though the WiiU is something I would most likely consider before I considered an Xbone).

Aside from the airstrikes it's not really ridiculous. Watching the GT interviews they're planning for the game to be really, really serious. That kills me. I don't think I want it anymore...

Considering Inafune is no longer at Capcom, I don't know what to think of DR3.

It's made by Capcom Vancouver and they're dedicated to making it a serious game where the only funny stuff is the crazy weapon combos, so I'm betting all that fun Japanese humor is gone. They said it's going to be an "emotional journey." That doesn't sound good.

With Nintendo, a new IP would be great, but I'd personally also be excited if they announce some new ideas for established IPs. It's mainly just new gameplay ideas that I'm interested in, since I already like the style of a lot of Nintendo games.

this should of release dead rising 3 on this gen much earlier, instead of deciding to release it on next gen console. ESpecially with the now flooded market niche of zombie games.
