GGT 256 Don't Care about Indiggle anymore

Yeah, the BL2 DLC doesn't seem worth it to me.  I'm not big on the raid bosses, loot etc.

Sounds like no more full fledged story DLC packs.  Kind of a good thing though so I can just finish up a couple things and get the 360 sold/traded to help fund my PS4 preoreder.

 
BL2 raid bosses and loot ARE the game.  Honestly, I'm a little (pleasantly) surprised they are still going with more DLC for BL2 since BL1 didn't have more than Season Pass.  My cheap as fuck friends are still holding off on the Season Pass, which makes no sense to me since we play the game every damn weekend, so I dunno when I'll get to it.  I did get the Vault Hunter upgrade, because I didn't want to keep playing level 50 content without any progress.

 
Oh, are those new DC movies confirmed?

I kinda want a Green Arrow movie but i guesssss i should be content with Arrow.

what more do you expect from gearbox, borderland series is the only relevant game they made so far. duke nukem, and alien:colonial marines are all jokes. of course, they are going to milk the borderlands series for all its worth.

Agents of Shield sounds like it will be awesome.  I hope it does well, it could really be a fun show over time, and a nice gateway between the Marvel Universe movies and TV.

I dunno what to think about the new DC movies.

I don't know about ruined.. There's a lot of room for Hawkeye to grow in the movies. I personally prefer Green Arrow. The Arrow show and book are pretty consistently great.

They casted Jeremy Renner, ruined.

None of his attitude and personality was there and when there was some hint of development, it was all brood. Granted, they definitely shoved him off and made him the b-tierist of characters in that movie. He's only really in like, what, 20 mins of it?

I do hope they let him shine a little more in the next one, though I doubt it with all these new characters coming in. fucker deserves his own flick.

 
I don't remember hearing the best of things about Green Arrow's book when it first dropped. Has it gotten better or was it always decent and I just spoke to the wrong people? Is the tv show a good place to try to get into him?

I've never really liked his apperances in the animated stuff and from the little that I saw of Smallville, he's probably the character I disliked the most. Then again, I disliked a lot about that show so I shouldn't hold that against him.

 
The Green Arrow book started off terrible in the New 52, but once Jeff Lemire became the writer like 3 issues ago, it is tolerable. Nowhere near the amazingness of the current Hawkeye book.

Got way better. It was decent when it dropped, though. It was like Batman and SHIELD stuff rolled into one. Green Arrow was basically more of like Solid Snake than a smart mouthed archer.

Whaaaat? You didn't like animated Green Arrow? JLU GA was was hilarious! Especially his and Black Canary's team ups with Question and Huntress! You should give Arrow a try. Definitely one of the better of the overlooked comic related shows. Have you watched Young Justice? I'm about halfway through season 1 right now (watched season 2 first), and I fucking love it. Miss Martian is waifu material.

While that is true, Green Arrow has had more good books than Hawkeye, so it's kinda evening out. I am really loving Lemire's GA, though.

 
Arrow is badass. The hallway fight scene in The Undertaking is so good. oops spoilers

I told you to watch that like months ago Indiggle, gawd.

I've never read any good solo Green Arrow books until Lemire took over. I've always found him bearable in past DC events and Justice League books, but he's always been weak in the solo department (at least in the past 10-15 years). But I'm biased because Marvel > DC so I will take Hawkeye over GA every day.

Whaaaat? Well, if you're biased I definitely see how you would think that. The Brightest Day series was pretty fun and Smith (the only thing I've ever enjoyed from Smith's work in comics), Winick, and O'Neil's runs on GA were fucking beautiful. Connor Hawke Green Arrow also had some really fucking great arcs. His adventures with Kyle Rayner were especially awesome.

Yeah hawkeye was just basically a plot device. It could have been anybody mind controlled by loki. They shoulda have spiderman instead but sony are assholes

 
The only thing that needs to be changed with Vergil is his X-Factor. Reduce his X-Factor damage and duration, especially during spiral swords and devil trigger.

What they shouldn't do is nerf top tiers and buff low tiers just to change the game up drastically. Shady K has a really good blog on that. If a character sucks, it is the design, not the properties.

PW was a largely used character they changed one thing about him and he got dropped like a crate full of aids

 
Let's not skew these things. PW had one good aspect and it should have been nerfed (though maybe not as bad as it was), but he was still a bad character from the start.

As for Doom, I think his missiles should track the starting position of the opponent and not track them further than that. It's not like it would matter all that much if it was nerfed to oblivion, beam and rocks are both A+ assists so people would just permeate to that.

 
Yeah i think i'm gonna hold off on MK until they fix the issues with it.

Should be around 50% off in the holiday sale.

When was it free on PS+? I don't remember that.

Final Fantasy V was given out, but it only works on PS3/PSP (plus it's the terrible localization version, I think).

I have so many problems with AoU being the second Avengers movie. Blech. It'll sure be interesting to see if they'll do it without Wolverine or Sue Storm, though.

Don't you kind of need Ant Man to do Ultron?

I thought that they would use his movie, which isn't coming until after Avengers 2, to set up Ultron for Avengers 3.
