Kinda, there's some new stuff, some old stuff missing. Gonna be like 50ish DLC cars total, but what people are complaining about with the "DLC" is how you can buy the cars using real money if you want, I already got like 10+ cars in it pretty easily so it's not that big of a deal if you just play, but it is still stupid at how expensive some of the stuff is in real money. Forza 4 had it right where the most expensive car was like $3, that's okay for people who really want the car.
