GGT 289 isn't a complete game

Frosty Bro I think I may get a Vita for Christmas. Any must have accessories? I'm thinking a case of some sort at least.
If you're going to do retail carts, look into a PDP Pull N Go Folio as your case -- it can hold like 30 cards in the big case (+ 2 memory cards). I have this case and 1 physical game, but the inner pull out pouch for the Vita was worth it alone.

Keep your eye out for memory cards -- the bigger, the better, obviously. I saw an email saying Target had the 16gb clearanced to $18. Someone had the 32gb for $40 the other day.

Outside of that, the other things I have personally are a set of rubberized silicone caps for the analog sticks, a hori screen protector, and a hori silicone protector. Some people like grips, but I don't use one, so I can't really comment. The other thing some people swear by is the cradle, but if you grab one, you'll need a second charging cable and stuff.

Oh we throw out random video game characters names in other video games to make ourselves seem cool.

Melonie mac doesn't do that

I only play skyrim in 3rd...

I think its because I'm a huge fan of 3rd person camera games. Not a huge fan on first person games even borderlands I hated because of it but it was a fun enough game to keep playing

Doing dungeons out of order in ALBW is fucked up. I think I just

rescued the 1st sage 6th overall

hahaha.
I didn't know there was an order....I just randomly have done two of them so far, is there an easy way to tell?

I just hate the camera with it, it seems like they did a horrible job when it came to using/picking stuff up and being a ranged character, spells just sucked. I always play in 1st unless I just want to see what my character looks like in their gear. Compared to a lot of other 3rd person games of that style, I always felt that Elder Scrolls was actually one of the worst ones when it came to that kind of stuff.

There isn't a set order -- for the first time you can do them in any order.

But the one I just did was so unbelievably easy and short... plus it was the one that was kind of suggested first if I remember correctly.

I think I just missed the unblocked entrance and thought I needed the Titan Mitt before I could get in... I don't think that's the case though.
It was the Lorule Lost Woods dungeon. The village elder tells you that there's a crack in the back of his house, so I think the game steers you that way.
I think it took 20 minutes max and i was like "Oh, I think I was supposed to do this first!".

The first dungeon I did after the major events, I got the blue tunic.

As for Skyrim, the 3rd person camera is a "bonus" I think. It's not meant to be played that way. :p

Ah gotcha

The two I have done so far have been

First I did the one that was in the thief den, then second I did that one that you mentioned in Lost Woods, but yeah I do remember him mentioning that, I just kinda went there next since it was right next to the thief one.

That sounds about right for the 3rd person camera, I mean I know it does have some uses, but there is no way I could fully play using it.

Those were the two I had mental blocks figuring out how to enter. :)

I think they're supposed to be the first two.

Here's the order I used, I think:

Swamp

Lake

Ice

Sand

Thief

Woods

I mean, Lightning, Charizard, Dancing Bears?

I just don't see how Zeki and Lux can't like that video.

That's probably why Zeki was trying so hard to think of something to say about it but deep down he knew he couldn't cuz it was sooooo good.

Do you want to take Mercenary Kings while you're at it?

Anyone, really.
Why do you have multiple copies of that game randomly? I mean, that game looks pretty cool and I don't have it, so if you do have extras for some reason what would you want for one?

I did see there were some good memory card sales last week but they were mostly dead when I looked. The pull and go folio looks like the way to go as a case though.

Grabbed Zelda: ALBW from Amazon for $34.96.  Figured I might as well since Nintendo games get sales so rarely, and I'm almost done with OoT 3D (would be already if not for work and moving).

"It makes those abused animal commercials with the sarah mclachlan music playing so much sadder when the one-eyed pug is 4 feet tall."

Zelda LBTW is great. Enjoying it so far.
It is. I'm pretty sure I'm at the end and I'm sad to see it's over.

I'll be throwing it up on Amazon and my B/S/T list shortly, I think... I don't see any reason to go find the remaining heart pieces or get all the upgrades. :|

I'm hoping I can beat it this weekend. Unfortunately I downloaded it so no way of selling it. I've only saved three sages so far. x.x

I was thinking of passing by GS later to trade in some games and couldn't think of a single game I want or that is coming out until February.

Good.

Other than small purchases on Steam, I hope this is the case for me too. I need to put a dent in my backlog. :)

I got rid of BF4 before the trade-in value went down.  I feel real good about that.  Too bad because BF4 would be good if it actually worked.

I received my copy of BL2 GOTY.  Hoping my buddies' gift copies come today so we can play this weekend.  I'm pretty tired of running through the regular campaign.  I've done it several times over with four characters already.  >_<

Yeah I could use a couple months of no new games, nearly done with Wonderful 101 & Mario & Luigi Dream Team, but haven't even started Kingdom Hearts 1.5, Arkham Origins or Link Between Worlds. And that's just the newer stuff (plus fairly sure I'm getting several games for Christmas).

Jesus fuck is the game that short? Or are you gaiz just slamming through it?
It's probably about the same length as LttP, I'd guess.

10 dungeons, give or take -- depending on how much you sidetrack looking for extra stuff or figuring out how to get from a to b will extend your playtime, etc.
