Anyway, I hope there's a sale or some deal I can find 'cause the more we talk about it, the more I want to play it.
 
I pre-ordered Crisis Core today, I haven't played a FF game in years but I thought I'd give the franchise a chance again.

I'll play it while I'm sitting through my mates catholic wedding ceremony, in polish :)

It doesn't matter if we stay on topic 100 fucking % of the time. Linkin will still come in here and say his usual this is just another OTT to me. Then try and start shit, so it doesn't matter. Every since GGT1 it's been about games 90% of the time followed by side discussion. As I've seen it it's been 98% games so I decided to post a funny gif to break the games talk for a few posts. Christ.

This week it's CC: Ring of Fates for me. I've also been thinking about picking up Crisis Core, but I'm conflicted. On the one hand, I hate FF7 with every fiber of my being, but on the other hand, it looks like an amazing game, and I'm kinda curious about Zack's backstory, since as far as I can remember, he had about zero backstory in FF7. So...I dunno.
 
Man sometimes I hate school.

I really need to stop playing games and focus more on school.
I just got a 65 on this macrotest because I stayed up playing brawl all night and forgot about it.

He had backstory. It was basically the entire game until like half way through disc 2 where you find out cloud thought he was zack.

I don't hate Final Fantasy VII, I played it like most anyone when it first came out... I'm looking forward to Crisis Core... I didn't play the JPN version, I opted to wait for the US one... ^_^
 
I just hit the 10 hour mark on Brawl. I also added everyone who PMed me. I spent all my coins in the coin shooter again and it is so much fun. I go in whenever I hit the 600 coin mark and leave with empty pockets. I really feel like I am at the arcade.

I've made a gaming outline, so say, for the rest of the week.
Today- Maybe some light Lost Odyssey Play
Tomorrow- More lost odyssey, maybe I'll pick up brawl.
Friday- Very little. I won't even be coming home till like 10-11 O clock...
Saturday- Some Guitar Hero, maybe some other party games. I'm having some ladies and friends over... Silent knows what I'm talking about xD

I may squeeze in some gaming, but if there's a game that will keep me playing for too long, I force myself to not play it (one reason I haven't played RPGs much as of late).

It's like the video game to completely change my life and increase my interests in the RPG genre.
 
No gaming for me yet today.

I did however watch No Country For Old Men with my dad a bit ago. When it ended my dad said
That was stupid, I was expecting something much better
and I pretty much agree.


In any case, I think I'm going to go ahead and order Vegas 2. It took me awhile to decide since it's an Ubisoft game, but I'm going for it I guess. Who else is going to grab it at/around release?

The game that did it for me was Super Mario RPG. Questionable, I know, but it's what really got me into RPGs, and also into Squaresoft games.

I think a lot of people just missed the point of the movie. It's really not a simple action flick... there's a lot more depth to the story than you might expect.

i was actually able to play 3 games in anyone brawl yesterday
though the 2nd game froze for a good minute or 2 after the game ended

Yeah 3 bosses and you fight them 3 times. Capcom just can't let the Mega Man thing go, which WAS a neat idea back then.
 
It was a neat idea back then, because it was like, "whoa! How epic, I have to get through these guys again!" I was like, 7-8 back then, and my mind was blown. Nowadays, I just let out a great big HO-HUM.

Same here actually. Plus since you had the weapons and knew their weaknesses it was like this is sweet revenge and they were cake. Now it's like great I get to fight them a 3rd time... G-R-E-A-T.

I know, which is why I'm asking him why it was stupid. Its just opinion though so its not like I'm gonna put my dick in his ass for thinking something other than I do (or most people).

Man, i can't seem to dedicate myself to gamin' no mores. I haven't played a single game to the end in a long time. I hope I'll be able to finish Lost Odyssey

I just play halfway and quit (or even just 2 hours or less). :whistle2:( That's why I'm trying to get rid of several games and start ALL over again. :)

I don't think I'll get Condemned 2. I don't really want to argue about it, but it's one of those games to combine two genres I don't like at all, and I had issues getting motionsickness when playing it, so I quickly sold my copy (although I only got $6.60 for it at GS)/

I've only played High Velocity Bowling today. I still haven't played my Wii during Spring Break, so I'm going to try to make sure I play it tonight. I want to play some LO also.
 
Played a bunch of Brawl after dinner with my friend, Roufuss and Rodimus/Lilboo. Had my first winning streak (two matches!). Hopefully the lag issue is all cleared up, though apparently random play is still busted.

Just got past my stuck point in Apollo Justice a few minutes ago, loving the Gavinners music.
