Lol, living at home again. I'm such a loser
j.k. I have a kick ass job here as a psuedo law clerk/paralegal/lawyer in training for the summer.

my 7:45am final kicked my ass, now moving is kicking my ass, and I think I'll let Persona 3 kick my ass some more after that....Fuuka's voice in particular...I feel like my ears have been stabbed after hearing her talk!

Was that the Wario ass?

My rest of the year:

6/10 - Jake Hunter
6/12 - MGS4
7/?? - Portable N+
?/?? - Pixeljunk Eden

I think we need some new game announcements, stat.

Gotta love missions in GTA where you have to take out everyone... and it's the dead of night and you can't see anything. Stupid construction site.

I love Ghostbusters. Man, can't wait for that game. It's true, this man has no dick.
got my free promo Eye of Judgment cards directly from Sony that are officially rarer than ultra super rare :)

I'd say wait and see how the price point fluctuates... ;0
I'd say wait and see how the price point fluctuates... ;0

I have a strong love for CCGs so I'll hold on em and wait like you said. I don't have the expansion so I can't even use them if I want.

I'd love to continue playing EoJ but I won't until I have a regular paying job rather than random video work for different people.

The pay I get is good, but not consistent.

Sweet MM, you got that Leah Dizon poster that's so hard to find!

And sweet RR, you got the limited EOJ2 promo cards! I wonder if I got in? I might not have because I missed the first round and was late for the second round. I didn't get a rejection mail, though. Here's hoping...

And I suddenly have an urge for an RPG. I might pop in FFIV for GBA or FFIII for DS, just for giggles.
Well, I knew many were out of H.S. I just assumed most were in college or just got out (didn't think many were married).
I'm the opposite , I never went to college after school , just continued working and moved up to full time. Now I'm kinda regretting it but I'm looking to rectify that by looking to going to college now (or at least in the coming couple years). But that's neither here nor there.

Haha, my attitude (and too low confidence) is probably why I don't have a girl. ;)

Attitude definatly has a major effect. I've been told I have a lot of confidence and am a great leader but I'm never really thought that myself. I never intend to lead a group I just kinda get put in that position.

At work , whenever out department has no M.O.D. I usually end up taking charge and kinda directing the troops. Some of the "less motivated" guys usually end up pulling the "well who the hell made you manager" thing and everyone else is like "we did cause he actually knows what the hell he's doing".:D

Just bought another arcade stick. I'd like to admit I have a problem/addiction.

But nah... just another pasttime (for me) . ;)

MarkMan, you need an intervention. We'll all come over and take away your sticks. Its for your own good, really.

Played a bit more AW: DoR. It seems a bit tougher than previous Advance Wars games, but partly because I haven't gotten used to all the new units yet. The AI definatly seems smarter, cause alot of my old tricks don't seem to work as effectively.

Normally, I'd step back as a leader, but I've been taking charge more often and notice I do it pretty good. Like for CAG PSN Gaming (PS3 online gaming). I took charge of it and is has gone pretty good. Most games I lead tend to go pretty well (only one somewhat bomb, but then again it's a niche game), and most games had their success when I was running (although Tekken 5: DR Online has been way, but I do list it within the main thread). That's why I want to be a supervisor one day within my field, but I'd need to go to Grad School maybe.

My reasons for being a good leader are:
-I'm super organized.
-Will keep in very close contact with everyone.
-Always stick around and willing to assist most of the time.
-Most everyone knows who I am, wherever I go.

I'm like a short, all powerful leader. Btw, I just realized I may have another game open for you, but I'll discuss that via PM sometime (It's in VERY good condition too).

Played some CoD4 with CAG. Pretty fun.

Out of curiosity, does it seem like I'm at CAG too much (question to the GGT)?

I think we're all on CAG too much, probably. I'll probably be cutting back drastically after this summer when work get going full time.

Which reminds me. GGT, Thursday morning my wife and I find out where we'll be moving! I kinda wish it was now so we could start making plans. Oh well, waiting game, here we come!

Which reminds me. GGT, Thursday morning my wife and I find out where we'll be moving! I kinda wish it was now so we could start making plans. Oh well, waiting game, here we come!
It's addicting. When I'm away most of the day, I find myself reading everything posted since I was gone, since I don't want to miss a single posts. I also find myself compulsively checking CAG thoughout the day, since I don't want to miss any discussion.

Awesome. Where you move to could influence where I look for a job at. ;) If you end up in Michigan again, very good chance I'll end up there myself (I have many friends who live there and would feel all right being there, except for snow).

I'm glad your mostly responsible, on your own with your wife (and you are about my age), unlike my sister who is older than me. My sister finally completely moved out (due to getting a job in Indianapolis at Verizon Wireless), and here's the thing:
-She isn't paying for insurance on her car.
-Isn't paying for her cell phone bill, internet bill, apartment rent, etc. since she claims to have no money.
-She complains she can't go to CVS/Walgreens/etc. to get medicine, and asks my parents to bring it to her (she lives over an hour away from us).
-She complains she's out of food and wants my Mom to do all her grocery shopping, and bring it to her apartment (which my Mom did over a week ago).
-She came home over the weekend and asked my parents for gas money, when she asked last week for gas/get something to eat money (when coming to my graduation), when my parents just transferred some money to her (since she said she needed money.

So you'd have to wonder, where does her money go. Well, she's in over $10k in debt because she constantly gets her nails done, buys clothing/shoes/etc. at expensive stores like Sak's, Nemen Markus, etc. I still remember seeing her buy a pair of choes that had a pricetag of $373.00 on them.

Seriously, WTF is up with my sister. We keep trying to get her to pay bills and such, but then she whines about having no money (she's 28 btw, about to be 29 soon).

I will admit that I'm far from perfect, but I do have a spending limit and really don't ask my parents for anywhere near as much.

Oh yeah, played a little Sega Rally Revo. Fun, but I need to play it more.
I see. I didn't really have a job in H.S., so I went right to college. Unfortunately, my first year was wasted because my parents kind of forced me to go to a college I did not want to. I eventually changed and went to a college I really liked.
I never ended up going simply cause at the time I was so burnt out from HS that I didn't want to bothered with it anymore. That and the fact that I didn't know what I wanted to major in or do in college (and still don't honestly) so I just never bothered. Surprisingly I'm actually kinda interested in teaching but I can't explain why.

Sounds a lot like me , except for the keeping in close contact with everyone. Everyone at my store knows me since it seems like I'm always there and have worked there for about 7 years now. Funny thing , I'm super organized at work but my place looks like a wreck. Stacks of games everywhere.

I'm like a short, all powerful leader.

Short? How tall are you? The pic of you from the cag family album you don't seem short. Which reminds me that I outta send in a pic of me for the album too.

Nope , South Florida , Royal Palm Beach to be exact. I actually thought about you after I posted that I was lonely down here. Just posted yesterday in the SF CAG thread , the question about Palm Tran.

I don't really like the sun and the heat of florida , I prefer the grey and the cold of winter.;)

I like teaching also, but it doesn't pay enough $$$. I might be a Professor one day at a college. I didn't know what I wanted to do after H.S., and I still barely do despite graduating.

What I meant on keeping contact is that I try to constantly talk to people to assure they are up to date (just like when I'm trading on CAG).

I'm 5'5" at 130lbs (well, I might have lost or gained a little weight, not sure). Most thought I was taller, but I'm pretty short.
I'm guessing you live in north florida... come to south florida, it's always sunny.
I love warm weather. :)

Although, two things I dislike about Florida are rain (I absolutely hate rain and getting wet, unless I'm on a water ride at a theme park) and hurricanes (I hate it when there's a Tornado near by in my area).

If you guys want some ammunition against the "videogames are evil" arguements floating around in the empty heads of news anchors around the country, you should probably read "Grand Theft Childhood".

It's the summary of a huge study done on videogame violence from an unbiased perspective. Absolutely refreshing after hearing the nonsense being spewed by glenn beck and jack thompson these past few weeks. It's good to hear that not everyone is completely ignorant about the matter. Most amazing? The researchers actually *gasp* took the time to talk to children and parents about videogames!

I might just play Team Fortress 2 until I die. I heart you, Soldier, and your crit rockets of doom.
well, if you don't like south florida then I will say this: the women up north don't show as much skin as in miami.
Yeah but are the women hot.;):hot:

I do need to make a trip down to miami sometime though. Lived in florida all my life (well all but 1 year in my life) and I've never been there. Been to orlando plenty of times though , I'm sure you could easily guess why.
What I meant on keeping contact is that I try to constantly talk to people to assure they are up to date (just like when I'm trading on CAG).
Ah , I misunderstood.

I'm 5'5" at 130lbs (well, I might have lost or gained a little weight, not sure). Most thought I was taller, but I'm pretty short.

5'9 (I think) at about 225 lbs (down from about 240 from about a month or two ago , although I don't see this as a good thing). Most people I meet seem to think I'm around 6 ft.

I love warm weather. :)

I'm the opposite. I hate cold weather so much. I'm definitely sick of snow and want 80+ degree temperatures all the time. I like to bike and walk a lot, and I cannot do it in the cold.

I like warm weather , I just don't like hot weather. I could live happy if it were sunny and between 60 and 80 all year long , though I might be happier if it were closer to the 50s and 60s.

I walk to work most everyday , rain or shine. I'm like the Postal Service.:)

Don't worry much about the rain , I've only seen it rain like 1 day around here in the last like two months it seems. I don't mind the rain really. As long as I'm not wearing my work clothes or something fancy I don't really care if I get poured on or not. It's just water after all.

Hurricanes mean days off from work for me and time to catch up on reading and handheld games.:applause: There also an appetizing drink.;)

I've always wanted to ask you , and I'm sure you've been asked this plenty of times , but what manga is your sig pic from?

Your post reminds me of a funny story. There was this girl who was the GTL at my store a few months back. I'd met her , she was nice but I never worked with her (different departments) so I never thought much about her since I only ever saw her in passing. One night when I was getting off at closing , I was leaving the store to walk home and she pulls up and says shes leaving too and asks if I wanted a ride. I turned her down (as I do to most of my co-workers) since I don't feel like I need the lift and don't wanna feel like I'm inconviencing them. She ended up being transfered to another store some time later.

I find out from a co-worker a few weeks back that apparently she had a thing for me and when I declined her ride that one time she assumed I was gay and decided to leave me alone. I was like WTF?

Any character that is fast x factor of lag = tough time for dragunov ;(

GGs all, it figures as soon as I'm ready to leave for dinner another friend tells me they'll be late, wtf?!

We should all train up in some T5DR, if you guys ever wanna chat about strats or whatever just hit me up ;)

You know what, I have no friggin' clue what it's from haha, I just found it one day, saved it to my comp, and just had it there for awhile.

Dude, I don't care if I even have my own car, I'd take that ride! That reminds me of when Jim Carey turns down those bikini girls at the end in Dumb and Dumber

You could've said something along the lines of "that's cool, but if you'd like to maybe we can go out some time, maybe during lunch break or something" or you could've said "HELL YEA!" and then go from there ;)

I can be pretty smooth, but I've made it a goal not to be a player or anything, I have some morals (and a conscience) :)

OK, I decided to google my sig pic and came up with this:

yeah I always expect to have a hard time with Dragunov online due to lag, but in the end I really don't mind losses then seeing as I can blame it in lag 25% of the time

I was expecting someone to say something along these lines. Thing was , I barely knew her , didn't even think she knew me (like I said , I'd never actually worked with her , just knew that she worked there) and it never even occured to me that she would have a thing for me , otherwise I would've taken the offer even though I didn't need it.:)

Also , assuming someone is gay simply because they turned down a offer for a ride home from someone they barely knew seems like faulty logic to me.

I've heard of Intial D , infact I was actually gonna guess that. Racing subway cars though? That's strange , even for japan Wait , no it's not.
