I was a big fan of SF 1 & 2, but Dark Mirror got repetitive for me. I feel as if the first 2 were action-puzzlers where you had to figure out how to get up there, or what order to kill the guys in to survive. Dark Mirror just gave you a ton of hallways with guys to shoot and corners you had to pop around.
Dark Mirror is kind of a change of pace, where it tries to be a bit more stealth. I personally like the gameplay of Dark Mirror/Logan's Shadow the best, but that's just me.
I take your point, BC ain't bullet proof, but I expect a game that worked one day to work the next.
Maybe it's me, maybe I'm asking too much.
The annoying thing is I got rid of my original Xbox, so I can't play the game at all now
Well, it's software. You can add feature (or fix another), then not realize something else no longer works. One thing that drives me crazy when programming microcontrollers.
Taking a break from working toward 100% in GTA IV and Okami, and opted to rent Dark Sector.
While I can't say I'm impressed with the game (too generic, and too much of the "gray" atmosphere), I do like the campy story and characters. The gameplay actually reminds me a bit of Resident Evil 4. It's a solid rental.
You decided to post in the GGT eh.
I still have bothered getting a drink (I'm still too anti-alcohol).
I only played the Dark Sector demo but didn't see too much special with it, so I decided to not bother with it.
