Fixed for accuracy. It's like they tried to shoehorn every motherfucker they could into that movie.

Favorite parts are Rain getting Shao Kahn hammered after delivering like one and a half lines, and Ermac being referred to once in the entire movie as "leftovers", never by name. :D

Seriously gonna pop that shit in now since I can't sleep.

Thanks Bear :) Actually I have a question for you that frequent GAF. Someone on Twitter was telling me about a thread in the off topic section where they were talking about The Tester(it sounded like maybe moreso about our looks), and that it was like 15 pages long, but got locked down because an argument erupted. Did any of you ever come across or see this thread? I know for sure that there is a Tester thread in the gaming section, but I never saw one in the Off topic section, and I'm on there quite a bit...

I only watch when Mo is one the screen... some of the interviews look like they were during filming though. I've always been confused how reality show interviews work.

When it's like months after, do they reaccount every event that happens during the season and ask for your reaction?

I'm not trying to be funny about it, but Fazeek seriously acts just like a mentally retarded guy I used to know. He has the same voice, expressions, and range of emotions.

My google-fu seems to indicate such a thread does not exist. It'd be strange that it was in OT, since it would be somewhat game related. Maybe the thread was something else then got derailed to the tester.

Yeah? Well I had a dream that I fucked up the headlight on one of my dad's expensive cars and had to get it fixed before he got back from his business trip. That sucked. What also sucked was that I had to juggle that with the interview I've got with the head of WashU's business school today... which I actually do have. So it was startlingly realistic. Like the Rainbow Six series.
 
hmm... maybe it was more than a dream! My fucking car's battery died and now I have to balance getting AAA out here and getting to that interview!

BTW, Super Meat Boy is unbelievably good. Despite it being indie $$$ shit, it's really, really well designed.
 
I started Splatterhouse and so far it's ok. The only problems I have with it at the moment are the 2D sections and the Camera during narrow hallways. I also started Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2. Not sure how I feel about that one so far...
 
I think Starcraft would make the best game movie. Not to say it had a brilliant story or anything, but the basic concept is there and is such a solid foundation for an epic movie or trilogy. Interesting races, an amazing villain (forget SC2 ever happened of course).

A Final Fantasy Tactics movie would be nuts too.

Oh the things I'd do if I had unlimited funds.

Pain in the ass for sure....been having the same issue. Original battery in my 3 year old car died. Replaced it, month later it was dead again. Dealer couldn't find anything drawing power, nor anything wrong with the alternator so just assumed I got a defective new battery and put yet another one in.

I'm very skeptical and expecting a dead battery again in a month.:bomb:

I played through the first one, I think. I'd wager less 10-20 hours? I don't think it's much more than 20, but I don't remember how much I did or much about it, as it was probably a good 8 years ago.

That doesn't sound horrible. My GS has both for a really cheap price, so I think I may just pick them up and give them a try. I just need to get a Micro to play them on now.

Ya that sounds about right, I only beat the first one but I think it took me about that like 15-20 hours, there was also a special dungeon that was substantially harder than the main game that you had to do before the final boss that I skipped. I kind of want to play the second one though, but haven't gotten around to actually getting it and I'm also interested in the new DS one.

It's there for a reason, lol. Nobody ever checks it, but it's awesome if you have a backlog and are trying to beat short games first or long games first.

Also, I didn't really like Golden Sun 2 because it just seemed like the first, but with somebody else. It was still okay though, I just started right after GS1, so I was probably just Gold Suned "out". I am getting Golden Sun 3 as a gift though. Hopefully it explains what happened in GS2.

Resonance of Fate was a bitch to beat the lost boss.
 
I got the new Golden Sun today. I'll probably start it tomorrow after I get some rest. I have heard the game is a little easier than the first 2 games... which isn't that bad since I had trouble with those in the late game.

They were awesome. One of the cool things they let you do was "transfer" character stats and Dijinns over to the second game. Of course you would need a transfer cable and 2 GBA's(Or a GBA Player and a GBA) and then enter 20 letter code...

Is it possible that you could delete the data for that DLC from your PS3, then download the other? Or it preventing you because PSN detects that you already purchased the same thing?

Yea, it's a pretty fucking retarded system. When I wanted the Burnout Paradise Ultimate pack, I couldn't buy it because I already had Burnout Paradise vanilla and it was cheaper to get all the DLC by buying the ultimate pack via their sale. They really need to fix this shit, it can't be that damned hard to implement.

When your play time for a single fighter is more than your entire game library, looking at a new costume can be worth it.
