I played like 12 hours of Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn this weekend, pretty awesome.

For some reason, this is the only game series I'm able to get into better on a console than a handheld. The GBA FEs just didn't do it for me after playing Path of Radiance, and this one's back to greatness. Hoping they'll put a second one out on the Wii that uses the pointer.

Don't have a clue how the support system works yet, but I guess I'll figure that out with time. Or not.

They're called Burnout Rewards, check around the menu, I think you have to hit square on one of the screens.
I'm kinda mad that the special store cars require me to beat a certain amount of events to use them. Listen, if you told me I got a special car for buying it there, I should be able to use it right away, damnit!

I think the store cars are too fast, which would make the early races too easy. I don't think you're missing much.

Finished Heavenly Sizzle tonight, great game. Has a couple bad boss fights, but at least it doesn't have God of War syndrome. I was getting my ass kicked by the final boss, until I started doing the opposite of what the FAQ's told me to do. I loved bullet-timing arrows and cannon balls.

Next up is TWEWY, since I'm dog-sitting all week. Fun!

I was eyeballing that Crosswords game...I`m a sucker for games that I liked the demo for! Alas, I didn`t get it but a 360 pts card. Still no 360 controller, I should constrain myself or somethin.

What happened? I am boycotting the Wii until Nintendo releases awesome SNES games I want and should cater to me. I more or less, just gave up on keeping track of all the bullshit little games I have no interest in buying. So I am not reading any Wii news until I see a GGT filled with "holy shit I am playing game X!"
 
I'm so glad that I have most of the SNES games I want so I don't have to fiddle with that VC. The only one I still need to get is Contra III... and maybe Cybernator, though I'm not sold on that one. I thought about getting shit like Final Fight 3, but that shit's just good by SNES standards... I seem to recall a distinct lack of weapons in that game, and it just wasn't as solid as the original or something like Streets of Rage 2.
 
Is it possible to give away one of the games on your steam account as a gift or do I have to buy it again to give it as a gift? I have a bunch I don't play and just don't want anymore.

I have most of, if not all the SNES games I want. But the batteries are going to die someday. I hope to extend the life by converting to the VC.

Personably, I'd rather just that shit on my computer and play them with better graphics and without Nintendo's authoritarian hand.

I'm doing the Netflix trial. The idea of streaming movies to my sexbox is pure awesome. Hopefully it will be worth keeping after the 2 weeks is up.

MIGHT be getting SC4 tomorrow. Sway me, sexbox or tripple?

I'll agree too. 360 > PS3.

I've been playing on both all this weekend.

The only advantage PS3 has is controller compatibility (but this is a big deal), so we play on PS3 more.

If I were to get Dragon ball Z Burst Limit, what console is the better of the two? I am talking technical, not controller preference. But like laggy online and such.

Might as well get the Xbox version if you can. It has sightly better graphics, an additional ending, and some other assorted things.

Just out of curiosity, what's better about 360? I'm locked into PS3, but it's interesting to know.

It's minor stuff. There's a few minor instances of slowdown in the PS3 version (it's more prominent on some stages than others), and there's a bit more aliasing in the PS3 version. Markman said something about hitboxes in the PS3 version maybe being a bit off, too, though you'd have to ask him for the deetz.

I got a couple more levels on one of my pins in TWEWY. I swear, I am going to be level 50 or 60 before the end of the second week. Maybe higher.
