Somebody else already called it a few pages back too. I'm going to enjoy watching this.

I need my SF3: Third Strike fix now.

I came to CAG because I was tired of reading Too Human bitchfests on Kotaku and Joystiq. I guess I came to the wrong place.
Don't get your panties in a bunch over random internet posts. If you enjoy the game, enjoy it. If you hate it, hate it.

I like posting my opinions on games, but I honestly couldn't give a shit less about what others post about games. It's interesting to read, but I don't get annoyed or influenced in a major way by forum posts.

Besides that, Too Human sucks. It's one of the worst games I've ever played.
You guys really thought it was a good game?
Indeed I did, it was quite fun and I loved the destructible environments.

I need my video cables in my mailbox now! I want to play Pirates on my huge ass TV. That and Stubbs the Zombie. God speed Monoprice!

Good. There were elements that were too goofy and I couldn't get past, so the game was ruined in that regard. Bu if y'all enjoyed it, then super.

On TWEWY, when you have X hours to do something, is that ingame only? I'm level grinding, but i'm always afraid of going over the timer. And I dont know where in the menu to find the timer. so.. someone hep me.

You can grind it out. I don't think there really is a timer. Not that I found.

Most definitely. The goofy elements were exactly why I liked it. I mean he had the power to make doves appear anywhere. That's too awesome.
Translation please?
The Dark Side is Badass.

I might get SOCOM this iteration, but I've never been interested in the series previously.

Think I'll play more Madden tonight. But after I finally kick The Apprentice in his Schwartz with Vader in SCIV. :p

I expect after one month though that stores are going to see alot of returns and sell backs... something like this happened with Blue Dragon. It's like a one hit wonder thing in japan.

I dunno, there's more JRPGs coming out in the next several months for 360 then there are for PS3. Those players who picked up a 360 will probably keep theirs for a little while.

At least until their console RRODs. >_
Indeed I did, it was quite fun and I loved the destructible environments.
I wanted to set my PS3 on fire after I tried the demo. It was like a max payne of the current generation... but without the story. Max Payne had a great story... and the way the cut scenes were done was awesome. Stranghold? Not so much. When you take away the narrative, the gameplay gets really fucking old really fucking fast.
You know what pisses me off about Bionic Commando? I don't have an HD TV so it looks like shit and I can't see the bullets well on the Contra segments.
Really? I didn't have any problem seeing the bullets at all on my TV.
I want more Capcom remakes like Bionic Commando Rearmed. Final Fight with the BCR treatment. . .
fuck yeah that's what I say. I need some Cody and Rolento action in HD man!

No, She would just make you question you sexuality even more.

true.

note to self: why am I still up at 7:25 am? fuck man... my sleep routine is so bad right now >_<
You're forgetting good ol' [Sammy] Hagar!
Hell yeah. I'd be piledriving punks into pavement perfectly in pristine HD. :)

DarthPuma: If you do, no references to catchy videogame songs in the title, please. Every time I see this thread, I get "The Edge of Soul" stuck in my head @_@

I'm less offended by the comments themselves and more offended by the volume of them. There was like 5 straight pages of "Too Human is shitty shit played by shitheads."

I was tiring of TWEWY over the weekend and thought it was feeling repetitive, but now it feels fresh and I love it again. I guess it's just a game I can't play too much in one day. I was stumped by one pig though, he was asleep when the fight started, and ran away as soon as I hit him with anything. What was the trick?
Can I go ahead and make GGT 75?
You're not about to go off prematurely are you Chief?

Not a good habit to get into :)

It's already happened. But MS isn't referring to used consoles when discussing stock situations. ;)

There's going to be a ton of negativity when a game is hyped for 10 years by arguably the biggest douchebag in game development and then it finally comes out and ends up sucking.

Sony Has Lost More on the PS3 Than it Made on PS2

Can't say I feel bad for them after launching at $500-600 because of trying to force Blu Ray on us and all their arrogant statements about how people would work an extra job to buy one etc.
Winning the Blu-Ray vs HD-DVD was what they really cared about, the 10 year life-cycle is all well and good but in 1-2 years they may have new consoles from MS or Nintendo to compete with, and I'm not sure the PS3 will be in as strong a position to sell as the PS2 was.

But they won the battle they really wanted to.

Don't forget "Enter the Matrix" :)
Or maybe you should :whistle2:k

It definitely paid off for Sony as a whole, despite hurting the playstation branch.

There's no chance I'll pick up a PS3 despite loving the PS2 and PS1 simply because I only have time for one console these days and the high price knocked the PS3 out of consideration when I took the next gen plunge.

Plus I'll admit their decision to focus on blu ray and drive up the costs, along with their arrogant statements, just really made me not want to give them any of my money. I don't know if I'll give the PS4 much of a chance either, both because of that, but mainly because third party exlusives are pretty much dead and I don't really care much for Sony's first party games.
Just got off a long burnout paradise session and it was so so so much fun. Really want to do that some GGT'ers though. (I'm looking at you nelo, daroga, link and gun)
My 360 is brokified :(

It'll be back tomorrow though! And we'll play sometime! :)
