seanr, i don't rent anything anymore. i haven't really even played anything, the only reason i picked up Homefront (whoops!) and Crysis 2 were because the K-Mart deals were so epic.

The only games I really plan on buying for the rest of the year are Mortal Kombat, Skyrim, Duke and Gears 3. I'll probably cave and buy whatever CoD they give us this year too.

I also wanna play Portal 2 and Batman but will wait for them to be cheap.

Well I've played and watched tons of the stuff that she has been in, but I can't really say I recognize her voice to the more recent stuff that I remember better (i.e. Female Shepard or Phoenix in MvC3).

I guess the oldest stuff where she played a distinct character that I can at least remember the character would be:

Games:
Planescape: Torment - Deionarra
MGS2 - Emma Emmerich

Movies:
Cinderella II: Dreams Come True - Cinderella (This movie is SO bad, my sister got it, I think maybe she liked it, but I thought it was awful compared to the original, I can't believe they went on to make Cinderella III, which I'm avoiding like the plague :whistle2:#).

Played a bit on the 3DS demo unit at best buy. Having the 3d slider all the way up almost immediately gives me a headache. Halfway down seems to be a good medium though. Wasn't particularly impressed with the pilotwings graphics.

I really like the feel of the analog slider nub though. Feels way nicer than the PSP's nub.

My woman's favorite disney movie is the little mermaid. She said that 2 was awful, but that 3 was not bad. Maybe disney got their act together for the 3rds.

Yep Little Mermaid is one of my favorites too, and the second one sucked, surprise like Cinderella 2 my sister also liked Little Mermaid 2, I avoided the third Little Mermaid movie since the second one was so bad, just like Cinderella.

How do you guys pronounce Joel? And yes, Joel needs to learn to block and stop mashing, super/hyper armor characters are his kryptonite because of it.
 
Man, it's not that I think Homefront was bad necessarily, it just doesn't do a whole lot different. Keep in mind I only played the multiplayer (which is the only reason I bought it).

Considering trading it in to Amazon, though. Crysis multiplayer seems much better.

It's pronounced Jol, but everyone I know pronounces it either Jo-El (which I'm more than cool with), or Jol.

And I'll try to learn to bliiizock. I don't think mashing works too bad, it works when people break their guard and I juggle them.

I'm totally cool with anyone wanting to call me Joely,too.

Mashing only works online, so I can't blame you for doing it. Luckily, I can exploit that for free wins too, LOL!

Mashing does work well in MVC3. Depends who I play. Sometimes I do it even more depending who they pick. If they use that Sentinel. I'm gonna rush and mash the hell out of you. Works sometimes and sometimes it don't. Depends how they use him. Throw in some blocking with your mashing Joel or do random specials that works on certain people. Also when your get them in a air combo and switch characters never hit the same direction make it completely random. They will be less likely to break out of it and I've noticed just mashing breaks out of that easier.
 
Building my PC, then going to watch me some Sucker Punch afterwards.

If there is still a lobby I'll be down to play some. I'm digging C. Viper, now that she is actually easier to play as in MvC3. Always wanted to play her in SSF4, but fuck that shit. I'm trying to play a game, not learn how to be a concert pianist. Her air dashing is fun to booth, but still suffering from the double jump syndrome, I can get the double jump series in like once every ten times. I'm working on it.

HER BEWBS, so huge. The CIA has some solid funding to keep those things afloat.

/edit: I can't complete Event 2, why? BECAUSE I CAN'T FIND A MATCH ONLINE!
