Hell yeah, they're a DVD/bookstore in the South and West...even though I live in the Northeast, I've ordered many times from here. They're quick, relatively cheap and have a heck of a selection. Their customer service is also pain-free
 
do the used blus come complete with slip covers?

and to the posters above. i think the previously viewed ones come with rental cases.

like i said im pretty sure the previously viewed ones wont be in the original case (and or) have stickers on the discs etc. pretty sure the previously viewed ones are previous rentals so im staying away from them and sticking to the ones that say used.

hopefully someone can clear it up because im not 100% positive. i just remember reading about it in the past.

i just would like to know, when buying "used" do they come with all of the contents (slipcover,inserts etc)?
 
people on slickdeals are saying the sale hasnt even started yet? idk some of these prices look pretty cheap to me

no i dont think its started yet. because if you look on the search pages the prices are displayed lower then the actual product page. i dont think the sale has kicked in yet.

yeah but shipping is $3 for the first item and $1 for each item after that. so although starting a new order saves you $5, youll also have another $3 for each first item. see what im saying? atleast i hope im right on that. if so, im not losing out on all that much.

used - traded in by customers.

Based on my experience there is no difference. They come complete with cases and the whole works.

Based on my experience with their website they do not come complete and you don't always get a Blu-Ray case, sometimes it's those thick DVD size rental cases. I received no inserts with any of the Blu-Rays I ordered.

I purchased a few films from them around Christmas and needless to say I will never order from them again. I ordered a copy of My Bloody Valentine 3D and what arrived was the non-3D version of the movie. I called customer service and was told my only option was to send back the movie for a refund and that you can not return/exchange online purchases either in store or on the phone. Their website customer service is just a call center. If something is incorrect in your order you are SOL unless you want to ship incorrect items back to them for a refund.
