If a game I was really interested in was available like lets say Cook, Serve, Delicious! I would have gotten the bundle and downloaded the drm free version even if I didn't want the rest.

I actually really want Cook, Serve Delicious! The developer had it on sale for $5 recently on Desura, down from the regular price of $9. It took all my willpower not to buy so I can hold out to see if it ends up in a bundle.
BTW for the record if you buy a game on Desura you can download it from their website, usually DRM free in most cases, with ever have to install their client.
I already own Oozi from the Steam Gifts giveaway, and I'm looking at Wooden Sen'sey and...one other for this bundle. Trying to decide.
Maybe "I Shall Remain", Private Infiltrator, or Recruits. Can't decide.
Wait, does Steamgifts do Desura stuff now or was this an unofficial giveaway on their forums?
Just a rule of thumb, there are almost no games on Greenlight which wouldn't offer a Steam key to customers who already purchased the game elsewhere. It's sort of like a restaurant offering a restroom. Only the ones with the shitty owners don't offer them. Seeing that they're offered in a Groupees Bundle, that isn't the case for these games, even if it wasn't explicitly stated that Steam keys would be offered if they make it onto Steam.
I still wouldn't assume. I would agree that the vast majority of developers will issue Steam keys to those who bought their games before it got onto Steam once they manage to get it on there, but there are still a few who are (in my opinion) asshats and refuse to do it like the Wanderlust developers.
There will always be a few restaurants with shitty owners.
Fortunately, most bundles with Greenlight games are pretty good about noting if a Steam key will be given if the game were to become greenlit. And if they don't mention it I ain't go no problem emailing the developer and/or the bundle promoter.
