I think I'll try to spend mine before the value fluctuation starts. I don't recall seeing too many $3 tiers, so I wonder if I could buy a $2 bundle and a $1 bundle or if the coin would be used up after buying the $2 bundle. Hopefully they address that in the chat.

 
I'm so glad I skipped that bundle so I don't have to freak out about Groupees coins every couple weeks.

I apparently skipped it too. If I remember right it was when groupees was playing chicken with the ending time of all of their bundles and it was a will they extend it with dollar days or let it expire gamble. I think I fell asleep before it ended and missed it.

Yeah, there's a statement on the page that dollar days wouldn't happen, but I guess some people didn't believe them and ended up missing out.

You don't get change so you'll lose the $1 if you buy a $2 bundle. (Someone tried it on Neogaf.) Sucks.

He is right.

Since coins cannot be used on pre-orders (which is sad), VN bundles or any other "quality" bundles without pre-purchase availabitily seem to be the best choice by now.

I see Groupees has extended their BM again. Probably to tempt people, like myself, who didn't Moran it to buy it for $2 with use of the $3 Groupees coin.

I'm kinda tempted, their ploy might work.

Someone needs to tell Johnny to get real and to give everyone that bought be mine 21 the second bonus of treasures of arcania as the bundle has less than 2 hours and 35 minutes and is stuck at 5908.  This bundle was destined to fail with only 2 games in the $1 tier, fragfest being non-steam and then sector, while being Steam, not so good reviews.  If poopies, wanted this bundle to succeed, they should have made the entry level tier better along with having the next tier $3 instead of $5.

 
Apparently a game in the mini bundle isn't DRM-free and requires an active internet connection.

They've lowered the bar before and this one was really close so it's kind of a dick move not to just let people have it. They obviously had a deal in place to distribute that game.

Extending the bundle didn't help because it had long since reached the saturation point where everyone who would be willing to buy it at those tiers and prices had done so or pre-ordered.

When you're selling only a few bundles a day extending the time with the bundle as is won't help and they had to know that.

Of course they always have save a game and not music for the final bonus too. :roll:

Can't help but think that they would have lowered the number if the game hadn't been greenlit: now they can include it as a previously unbundled game in a future bundle.

What a poor attitude. Fair enough not checking every game, but they should be writing clauses to prevent this sort of thing into the contract the devs sign....

Yeah, this is what I think, too. They just figured they'd stick it in one of this week's eight bundles.
