Nicely done. One correction though: You really *don't* want Radiant Silvergun.(well, you probably do, but it's really not worth the hype IMO. Still, I was happy to get roughly 5 times what I originally paid for it. Gradius V and Ikaruga are 10 times more fun)
Oh, but I do agree with you on the other two, especially Sin & Punishment. It's insane to even think of making a game that uses every button and stick on the N64 control pad (and most of them at the same time!), let alone actually pull it off with skill and finese.
