Ending the Auction:
This Auction will NOT have a solid end time. I will not be posting the exact ending time, but I will tell you it will end sometime between 9:00pm and 10:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on January 31st, 2010. Once I post saying AUCTION OVER - NO MORE BIDS ACCEPTED, that is it and nothing further will count.
I do not like sniping. I also do not like sorting through 75 last minute bids to find out the winners and make an extra $10. So, if you plan to win, your best option is to make a decent bid early!

Most of my games are complete/mint; w/no scratches on disc unless otherwise specified. If any, I will be very specific on defects. Most of them have not even been played. I have a very deep backlog and it's time to unload them. I am having this auction because I am currently unemployed, need money for a new PC, and I have lost the desire to play a lot of older games. I am aware that I only have 4 feedback, but I usually only buy games that are new so the trading scene is not something I have participated in. I decided to use CAG due to the pain in the ass Ebay/Paypal fees.

I'm not sure on this, but I would assume that one could have a lowball sale with even 1 iTrader feedback? I don't think there is any set rule in the forum about not being able to have a lowball sale. Maybe dv8mad just does not want to put his name on the sale as your iTrader is low? So I think you can have the lowball sale, but just without dv8mad's name on it.

I could be wrong, but I really don't think there is any rule stating that you need a certain amount of feedback to have one.

If you arent going to ship first, you may want to make that clear in your rules, because I think most people will assume otherwise, as that is the norm with deals on CAG. Its not absolutely necessary but the more you cover in your rules the less issues youll have later.
