Crysis 2 is not perfect but lotsa fun. awesome graphics, the Human AI are stupid but the aliens are smarter/tougher. lame-o story but fun gameplay and the MP is not bad. lemme know what you think of it.
 
I think for every deal I get in on, I miss 2 or 3. But, probably miss out on a lot less than others. Deal hunting has become my addiction!
 
Hey buddy. The $110 GC didn't pan out like I hoped it would sooo that's gonna be put on delay for now. I might be able to grab a $90 GC but I'm not quite sure yet.

Always a drought in the summer... I hate it. I got spoiled by Mortal Kombat/L.A. Noire and a few others in the Spring.
 
so. tired. about 20 hours to swap out ps3 hdd (did a full reformat cuz i thought it wasn't giving me enough free space. same amount afterwards & that was 9.5 hours). now redownloading everything. i thought that was the point of backing it up, but what are you gonna do?
 
so what do you think was eating the free space? I mean, I know there's always some space eaten up for some sort of essential thingummy that's part of the memory, and then there's the iffy file space claim that varies in size depending on what conversion factor is used for bytes into GBs... But, I'm not tech savvy enough to know the specifics off the top of my head. I got a 16GB microSD for my PSP, and when I stuck it in the machine, it only has about 15.8GB free space, maybe a tad less. Go figure.
 
seems like most of my free space on my PS3 is taken up due to mandatory HDD installs :whistle2:(
Not likely to stop playing Spiral Knights anytime soon. I just started a Guild and it cost 1,000 crowns and 500 energy!

Gah, they are more like computers (desktops) than consoles... I like just popping the disc in and playing right away. Are the install times slow, or do they go swiftly? Remember how slooooooooow it used to take computer games to install? Like, on the order of hours? I love installing old games and all I have to do is wait, like, a minute for all the files to be installed. Ha!

Most PS3 installs are fast. Some can take a few minutes. Mandatory patches are annoying as heck.

You can delete the games you installed that you don't play/traded away.
 
think these are all expired, but it may be worth a try. the kz3 map code includes the hatch dynamic theme if it works. i was gonna do this last week when a few of them were still valid. sorry i waited :evil:!

Ah, good to know. Have you ever encountered a mandatory patch that broke the game? That would totally suck!
 
no cap game yet. Noone has it up yet for trade. i'm sure it will be in the 19.99 bin sooner or later and i'll grab it.
 
*sigh* Almost done with Summoner 2. On the one hand: yay, I finished a game! On the other hand: waaah, I wish it would go on forever 'cause it is such an awesome game!

What do mean "remember" installing old games Alaisiagae, Steam has DOS games so I just installed some fairly recently :lol: Congrats on finishing that game, now it's time to move on to the next one ;)

I think he means that any future Zelda games will probably be on the Wii U sdragon :lol:

I tried to find Portal 2 to redeem a pre-order code but they don't have it anymore where I am twztid :whistle2:( I don't remember you owing me anything since it was going toward I2? I'm ready to give you Halo3 whenever you're ready for it, I just thought you needed to play some games that you were trading in? Let me know when you want it ;)

I'm not done with Summoner 2 yet, I probably have 5 hours to go, possibly more if I decide to fight in the Arena to level up my characters. :p It's got a bit of sandbox to it, so I can run around the world map and delay the main quest while I attend to side quests. I have to admit, I used a cheat code to give me 99 million gold. Geez, that really is a lot of money. I've been spending like crazy, giving away hundreds of thousands of gold pieces, and I still have over 90 million left. It is slightly mind boggling...
 
Ridge Racer is just more of the same, which isn't bad per se, but if a good enough trade came along, I'd be willing to part with it pretty easily.
