Yep. It's been about a month and half since he's been on and that's because he owes a lot of people money so no one is getting a refund from him. Only thing you can do is dispute any transaction you made with him on PayPal. I'd also leave negative feedback on his profile just in case he tries to come back to CAG in the future after the dust has settled. That or report him to the mods to have him banned on here because this is definitely ban worthy. Thankfully he didn't get any money from me so I can't do any of the above.
