Humble Bundle #2 (Braid, Cortex Command, Machinarium, Osmos, Revenge of the Titans)
Yeeeesssss the only game I wanted was Aquaria! Although I ended up paying more than it would have cost for just Aquaria alone. I wish I understood that.
Because you are a good person. :D

Yeah, bit on it even though I owned the first bundle. Is bit the right verb? Decided to donate, is probably more appropriate. I've been a little luckier this year, so between this and the CAG charity drive I've been trying to share the wealth. Machinarium, Samorost 2, and Penumbra are worth any amount over "$7.35" alone. It's unfortunate that Lugaru has resolution issues.
Well Braid doesnt work on a late 07 model macbook. Glad I didnt go all in for this.
Hmm..could have sworn I have run it off my macbook from that timeframe before..

Aquaria isn't available on Steam for Mac. Neither is Gish. At least they weren't yesterday.

Also, I got Braid to work on my current gen Mac mini by running it in a window. At least I think that fixed it. I just had a blank screen when trying to play it full screen. So I quit out of it and changed it to a 8xx by 4xx or some such numbers window and it ran after an initial blank screen. It's possible getting it to work was just a fluke. I couldn't get it to work at all on my 1st gen MacBook (just a blank screen, though I heard the sound.) Hopefully they can resolve the issues with an update.

Well, bless their little indie hearts, I also got the email that noted the entire Humble Bundle #1 was added, gratis, to my download page. Ok, so I already owned it but that's not the point...

But the sick children and defenders of the internet aren't.

Dear Humble Indie Bundle customer, I would just like to personally thank you for your support in making the Humble Indie Bundle #2 even more successful than the first one. As thanks, I have added the Humble Indie Bundle #1 into your bundle. If you go to your personal download page, you will find the following games waiting for you:

- World of Goo (now a top seller on the iPad)
- Aquaria
- Gish
- Lugaru HD
- Penumbra Overture
- Samorost 2
Happy holidays! They're (mostly) redeemable on Steam too, if you would like to link them to your account.
If this kind of thing makes you happy, please feel free to add a little more to your Humble Bundle purchase (you can help bring up the average on your download page) and keep spreading the word!

Sincerely,
Jeffrey Rosen

Looks like it unlocked for anybody who spent over $7.37 total.

Being generous pays off :applause: I added an extra $8 to my original $10 for the Humble Bundle 2 because I love these guys so much (I missed out on Humble Bundle 1 since I was broke that time)

Uh... others have been reporting problems with some of the games on their Windows PCs. Case in point: I had no problems at all running Revenge of the Titans on even my 1st gen MacBook nor on my current gen Mac mini. Maybe those Windows folks should have bought a Mac?

this is too much..
Anybody have issues getting Revenge of the Titans to launch?
Don't know if it'll help you or not, but it was real finnicky with me, so, in the exe for the game, I just set the launch options (and I should note now, that I am on Windows 7) and set the compatability with a check next to "Disable visual themes" and "Disable Desktop Composition" and that fixed the issues I was having with both this and Osmos launching right.
I got the free Humble Bundle #1 as well - that is awesome. Thanks to these generous Devs and Charities.
They are more generous than you though.

Wow.. just wow…. I feel dirty for getting the first bundle from them too. They are too nice.

Is it possible for me to add those into my Steam account also?

Look for the Steam key on your download link.

I guess you should take your own advice. Because all I am doing is posting the same things everyone else is. I guess trolls are people who think differently than you do, I think I remember people like Hitler having a similar mindstate.

So if I hadn't gotten around to buying HB#2 but already bought HB#1 last year, is it a dick move to put nothing towards the HB#1 authors when I buy? (so the HB#2 authors get more?)

Yeah seriously my 2006 windows laptop can run many newer more graphically demanding games and a 2007 macbook can't run an indie title like Braid?

I can't believe they gave me the humble bundle 1 as well as 2! That's an amazing deal for a great deal. For 10 dollars I got my money's worth.

Unbelievable, they giving us the first humble indie bundle too? I'll donate a few dollars more for sure, even though I already own half of those games on steam

Who else feels like a dick for only donating a buck while receiving eleven games and four soundtracks? No one? Just me?

I think I need to increase my donation.

I feel if you already put money towards the HB1 last year you should feel no obligation for that this year. Just donate what you want for HB2.

Contributed another $8 to my Bundle just because they added Bundle 1 even though i already own half of those. Love these guys.

I spent a penny and still had the bundle added to my account.

I payed 5 and I don't feel like a dick at all. I have a 10m old and my Wife just gave birth to our second Son on the 13th. Not to sound conceded but I would like to think I'm part of what this bundle is all about .

I might increase my donation a bit, not sure yet...will probably wait and see if there's any last minute Christmas stuff I forgot to get first.

What a great idea to have the stats showing Linux vs PC vs Mac, lol. I'm sure some people donated more just to show up the other teams :). Great cause and I am so happy about getting bundle #1. I am not well off enough to buy things I didn't budget for. I wouldn't feel like an ass if I only donated $1. In all reality, it's $1 I wasn't going to give before and the software is already made, so whatever. If I knew i had extra money and I donated $1 then I might feel bad about it. I gave $10 though. Sounds like a fair price considering I will probably not play these games much anyway.
I spent a penny and still had the bundle added to my account.
I think anyone who had already bought the Bundle 2 gets Bundle 1 at no additional cost. Going forward, you will have to 'beat the average' to get Bundle 1.

It's a great promotion, as the average will keep climbing the longer people wait.

I didn't have much disposable cash during Bundle 1 but loved the idea so much I gave $10 towards Bundle 2 (even though I already had Braid on XBLA.) Getting Bundle 1 for free was a nice surprise, as I looked around on their site for it when I got Bundle 2.

I added twice of what my previous contribution was because these guys are awesome and I was impressed with a couple of the games I played from the #2 bundle. I probably won't play these games much but I still gave a decent amount.

Damn, throwing in Bundle 1 really put me in a giving mood, so I bought 2 more Bundles @ $10 each and gifted them to a couple of friends.

Hai guiz, I buyed 18 bundles for $0.18! LULZ! Free GAHMEZ

Heh, either way you look at it, that just makes someone an awful person. Such is life.

I bought 2 bundles at $15 and I'm tempted to donate more now that I got the first one for free.
