Humble Bundle Thread

Flame in the Flood is worth $1.  Got in as a bonus in one of the monthlies.  Vermintide for $5 is... meh...  I'm assuming Verdun is primarily multi-player.  Samorost 3 doesn't really tip things for me if it's as meh as Samorost 2.

Edit: Also, looks like the price is going down.

Yeah, BTA would be great for Verdun & Vermintide but I own them.  Own 2/3rds of buck tier, too so guess this is a pass for me.

Let's quit BF1 Fridays and play Verdun every week instead.  Who's with me?!

Jumbo 8 also included Verdun, so this isn't just a Monthly scraps bundle, it's a Jumbo scraps bundle.
Huh. And The Flame and the Flood and Human Fall Flat were both in Killer Bundle X on Bundlestars.

Looks like solid games all around, but pretty limited appeal to the people who bought two specific bundles.

as much as I want to try Verdun for a change of pace, BF1 is comparatively more fun, more accessible and more ppl (from what I heard)

Edit: have a tab at $4.49 for some CAG who wants it. I think i will pass on this Jumbo bundle

I almost bought Infested Planet during the Steam summer sale. But then I didn't.

Hm. Weren't they offering a soundtrack at the $1 level earlier? Foxhack?
I saw they were on an early tab I had.

I $1 in on that tab, but didn't get the The Flame in the Flood soundtrack.

They DID have a soundtrack listed on the bundle sale page, but it's gone now. Typical Humble. The only download available is the Samorost 3 soundtrack.

I already tweeted at them, but I doubt I'll get an answer.

Is it $5 yet?
Hi MysterD Jr.! ;)

Anyways...No. Not yet.

ME:A is around $24 on Amazon w/ a retail box loaded with a game code:

https://www.amazon.com/Mass-Effect-Andromeda-PC/dp/B00ZPZQKIG/ref=sr_1_1_twi_gam_4?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1504051430&sr=1-1&keywords=mass+effect+andromeda

EDIT:

We only play good games, not awful games that flopped.
Explain HF:TR then. :p

Anyways...I'd put ME:A right along w/ HF:TR - an underrated, under-appreciated, and sales-flopping game that got crucified b/c of a poor launch, in which a lot of their technical issues got fixed in patches later on.

Anyways, when's BroNights incoming for...Verdun? Killing Floor 2?

Wait, did I miss something while I've been gone, but not gone...?

Thank you for supporting CAG.

You can pay what you want for these great games and customize how much support goes to CAG, charity, the creators, or Humble Bundle.

Is CAG going to protect the free internet for cancer children without clean water?

Explain HF:TR then. :p

We don't actually Bro-Night HF:R. Fox and I play it on rare occasions and I've played it with Reds, Jimbo and, uh, someone else (it was a good while ago) but those games are impromptu or on weekends, outside the normal schedule.

We've scheduled KF2 multiple times. Played Verdun once or twice but I assume most people would say "Why aren't we just playing BF1?" these days. Plus, the last time we played Verdun it had a bug preventing new players from joining in which I assume is fixed by now that that put a swift end to the interest in it.

I am now one with verdun if we bro night it again.  It better have machine guns and not just rifles.  If I wanted to play with just rifles Id just play medic in bf1

I may go for the $15 on data science (just call it data analysis...ugg this bundle) book bundle. Good stuff, though i'm not as much of a data guy and more a programming guy, but eh it doesn't hurt.
