Humble Bundle Thread

Ok tremorbros let me see if I understand this. I want else.heartbreak and it's available on there for some coins. I can buy a humble $1,send to tremor get enough+ for the game I want correct? Then I'm stuck with coins I don't want and I have a total of 30 coins now (tried it, couldn't bring myself to watch enough videos). Anybody in here have a bunch of coins already and just want to get the game for me in exchange for a cool $1 even?
I'll do it for $1, but just know Else Heartbreak is only 395 coins on tremor so if you traded in a bundle with the coins you have now you'd probably have enough to get 2-3 more bundle games depending on what you want. They have a pretty good selection of stuff right now.

+6 on the Steamcount and -2 on the Wishlist. Today is a good day.

Unlocks for next month include South Park. The good stuff for Humble Monthly continues to be really, really good.

:whee:

P.s. "But I already bought Wasteland 2 for Putinbucks" is a boring retort and I don't care.

*puts fingers in ears*

Okay, I readily admit I was wrong about Humble Monthly and it is turning pretty amazing.  This month was outstanding.  Next month early unlocks are Southpark Stick of Truth and This War of Mine.

Woof, goddamn that Bard's Tale kickstarter.
Take that everyone who said ' y u no get 4 free wit bards tale'. Too bad I got it from Brazil for like $8 already.

Excellent monthly if you needed ARK and Wasteland 2. The other games for me are meh and I'll probably try to sell them except Switchcars looks like it could be fun. Maybe I Am Bread too but I never got into surgeon simulator much.

This is the type of monthly I would have been annoyed if I missed.  Even already owning ARK.

I'm sure spoder is on group buys right now desperately trying to get a copy of Wasteland 2 for $2.

Now whether to keep it another month for two games I already own.  The value of my mystery bundle South Park also just plummeted.

More mistakes from Humble! I own none of the games in the Monthly! Hahaha I win, Humble.

I'm especially happy about Wasteland 2 and Shantae, but a couple of the others look alright too.

Having never played the pinball thing, am I right in thinking that the "base" engine is free you buy the various tables? Looked that way from Steam but still not 100%. Don't feel like buying unusable DLC.

I'm skeptical about playing pinball on the computer but for a buck I might as well give it a whirl.
Pinball FX2 is less of a pinball sim and more of an arcade-type game wrapped in a pinball shell. The tables consist of a lot of elements that would be impossible (or not practical) to do on a real table. It's just good pinball-esque fun and not so much serious business.

Uh no, I backed the Bard's Tale kickstarter so I already had Wasteland 2. I subbed for that monthly (mostly to get ARK). Shantae is a really nice bonus though, I'd have paid $5 for that.

Are people actually selling some of these games for $2 on Group Buys? I mean I know those are the rules, but 1. The bundle is already dead. 2. The value of the games isn't even.

Wow, that's a nuts bundle. Not only did it have Ark, but it also had Shantae and Wasteland 2. Bravo, Humble.

I also love how inm8 used a toaster to represent DRM-free. Why didn't anyone else think of that?!

Got repeats on ARK and Wastleland 2 ($2 Putingate) but still satisfied with this month. Also got South Park from Putingate for very cheap but sticking with it for April. For me, the monthlies have been a hit. Kinda wish they would drop the humble original idea though.

fuck me, I think I'll need to wait another month to cancel.

Okay, I readily admit I was wrong about Humble Monthly and it is turning pretty amazing. This month was outstanding. Next month early unlocks are Southpark Stick of Truth and This War of Mine.
I was wrong about Humble Monthly. Twice. I thought the first bundle or two would be awesome to suck people in and then it would slowly decline.

Got repeats on ARK and Wastleland 2 ($2 Putingate) but still satisfied with this month. Also got South Park from Putingate for very cheap but sticking with it for April. For me, the monthlies have been a hit. Kinda wish they would drop the humble original idea though.
Why? It's an extra, not a replacement.

I already have Wasteland 2 and ARK and the rest don't really interest me (I think I own a couple, too) so guess I'm glad I passed.

I own This War of Mine and SP:SoT is regularly cheap but I haven't bothered buying it yet so... I dunno.

Easily the best Monthly yet. they really hit a home run. Wasteland 2, ARK and Shantae are all great games that would probably warrant a purchase on their own. GRAV isn't bad, and the publisher is picky about bundling, Sentinels looks kind of neat, and I Am Bread is supposed to be fun. The other two games are just bonuses, 10/10 bundle. Owned 0 too.

Next month is already a bit worse because I have South Park from Nuuvem (I think it was $5), but that seems an easy enough one to sell/give away. This War is Mine has sounded good and hasn't really been cheap. There's only 4 more ?s, so I really hope everything is Steam next month.

And let's hope the 10% off coupons stick around.

Wow, this is an awesome Humble Monthly. Zero games owned, thanks Humble!  :D/

I don't believe it's been mentioned but when you activate Wasteland 2: Director's Cut - Classic Edition you'll also get Wasteland 1 - The Original Classic and Wasteland 2 (not available for purchase on Steam)This info is also mentioned on the Steam Store page.

Also didn't own any of the march monthly bundle. Maybe I'll play some of the games some day... Anyways, back to Stardew Valley.

I pre-purchased the April bundle but already own South Park and This War of Mine so if anyone is interested and wants to do a trade or anything PM me!

I didn't realize that it had dropped that much... But after trying to sort through the pages and pages of bundle leftovers on the site I think it's worth the extra .60 to not to that. I'll pm you.

On topic : this was my first monthly (wanted to try ark) and I'm pretty impressed. Almost bought wasteland cheaply on console last week but pc was preffered and figured I'd wait it out. Now I don't have to! Not sure I'll stay in though, have sp on 360 sitting around already and I can't imagine the rest will be anything special.

Pretty happy, Wasteland 2 has been on my wishlist forever, Shantae and Sentinels of the Multiverse both are games that look interested but probably would never buy myself and everything in the bundle I didn't own. Oh and Ark.

Not sure if I want to keep it going for next month, recently bought Stick of Truth and owned This War of Mine since around it's release. Otherwise getting those two alone would be well worth the $12 imo.

Yeah, all copies of the Director's Cut come with the original game, original version of Wasteland 2, and the Director's Cut, the artbook and soundtrack.

There's a Digital Deluxe version that costs $20 more (which of course you can't upgrade to) that comes with The Bard's Tale (not the new one) and 3 e-books. Seems like a total rip-off to be honest, most of us have The Bard's Tale.

Speaking of soundtracks, my one complaint about the Monthly is there's no soundtracks at all, and only 1 DRM-free game (the bonus game).

Has your account been Foxhacked?

I already have Stick of Truth. A good portion of the people on my Friends list have it as well, so I can't say that it's a draw for me -- though it is a wonderfully entertaining game for fans of the show. Still, This War of Mine has been on my Wishlist, and the possibility of getting a few more games with it for $10.80 sounds good.

That sounds terribly un-CAG like of me. $10.80... what have they done to us?

Still, with Poopees constantly dropping smelly loads, Steam remaining ultra-stingy, and Indie Gala and Bundlestars delivering weekly buckets of repeats, the alternatives seem pretty bleak in comparison.

Because it has to cost them something to have those games made and I see it as zero value added. I am sure others will disagree with me.
No, I agree. That money is being wasted on drm-free mini-games that very few people are interested in. I have nothing against the devs making the games, I mean they're getting paid and all.. but in the end that money could be put to better use.

It's a little weird that they're doing this after they made an official statement about having to cut their staff recently.

Not to mention how expensive getting this month together must have been, specifically ARK.

The money for the mini-game might have been put to better use for next month's bundle which is 6 games seemingly compared to 8.

I doubt it cost them anything to secure the games for the bundle, maybe some man power to reach out to devs/publishers

They probably invited them over as guests, ordered some dominos, bitched about the shipping costs and got them waived, knocked someone up and called it a day.

If thats how it works no wonder everyone wants into the bundle game.

I would have posted a picture of Bobby but he'd report it and get it taken down again.

I see how it is, it's okay to post Tebow and Tebow's mom's pictures but not Bobby.

Roguelink. Only need 4 to get the max (75%) discount.

Also a Build-a-WB Bundle. 80% off on 5 games.

10% Store discount from the Monthly subscription stacks on these.
SoM is the only game in the Build-A-WB Bundle that I really want.

MKX is not even a Complete Edition here, so that's not worth it.

Mad Max + Dying Light should've been in this Build-A-Bundle.
