And in the first X-Men movie they already established that his claws aren't a part of his mutant powers.
Yeah, didn't he get them implanted while he was in the Army or something?

It would be alright if the netcode didn't stink, seanr1221. The mode that's like domination but each team has a mech is kind of cool.
Yeah, didn't he get them implanted while he was in the Army or something?
Canadia put that freaky metal in him after WW2.
But this kinda goes against an earlier trailer I saw. They clearly showed him getting his bones fused with adamantium as an adult. And in the first X-Men movie they already established that his claws aren't a part of his mutant powers.
Well he didn't have the adamantium. He has natural bone claws, which is why he HAS adamantium claws. And the adamantium isn't a part of his mutant powers, but the bone claws are.

In the comics they seemed to treat the claws as a non mutant ability. He was still able to use the claws even when he wasn't able to use his other powers.

It's part of his "animal-adaptations" thing. Like his pronounced canines and unnatural sniffing ability where he can apparently smell people across the United States...

Hey, Mak:

First episode of Rebel FM Game Club (AKA Backlog) is done and being prepped for release tomorrow. Enjoy the soothing rain in the background.
I don't remember what they chose, was it the Cthulu game or something else?
Hey, Mak:
Nooooo! I hate backlog. What game did they choose? Two episodes ago I thought Gies was gonna break out in tears over their choices.
There Will Be Blood is so damn good.
Indeed. I'm guessing you just watched it for the first time?

Well if this new Wolverine is going to pretend like the first three movies didn't happen I'd be totally down with that.
There Will Be Blood is so damn good.
How stupid was the ending and the whole milkshake speech. Almost ruined the movie for me.
Is her "Straight to Hell" cover on there, darthbudge?
Nope.
Rumors have it Lily Allen has a third nipple.
I believe that is true.
How can you hate it? :whistle2:( I don't remember what they chose either.
Because I havent played the games they talk about nor generally do I have interest in what they're playing.
It was that Lovecraft game. zzz
Call of Cthulu?
No. It was on TV and I hadn't seen since it came out. Watched it again. So good.

Not stupid at all. The entire film is built on Daniel's dialog.
It would be alright if the netcode didn't stink, seanr1221. The mode that's like domination but each team has a mech is kind of cool.
I can't decide on which loadout I like; all of them kind of stink.

The assault rifle zooms too much and I hate only having a shotgun. The hammerhead/shotgun combo is alright, but nothing really seems to have a kick to it.

I do like the weapons you can pick up though. The flamethrower and pulse rifle are pretty much one hit kills. :bouncy:
It's part of his "animal-adaptations" thing. Like his pronounced canines and unnatural sniffing ability where he can apparently smell people across the United States...
He must be able to smell Linkin from across the globe.

The ending absolutely made the film. :whistle2:|

The second time I saw the film theatrically some lady as I was walking out said really loudly and annoyed "they gave him the Academy Award for this?!?!" I had to hold back hard from lol'ing.
How stupid was the ending and the whole milkshake speech. Almost ruined the movie for me.
The ending was great.

The ending felt completely out of place.
They had a good ending with him getting back together with his son. They had to go ruin with some stupid scene with him eating pork chops off the floor and beating a guy to death with a bowling pin.

Daniel Day Lewis' performance in that movie was unbelievable. Paul Dano held his own too.
Sorry, but NCFOM>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>TWBB
Wrong again manthingo

NCFOM = TWBB

But he didn't get back with his son. In the end he was a depraved and raving drunkard. He told his son that he was just a tool to help him acquire oil properties and make people trust him. He never loved him.
Sorry, but NCFOM>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>TWBB
NCFOM>TWBB

Doesn't meant that TWBB isn't absolutely great.

DC: go watch Rush Hour 4

Never said TWBB wasn't amazing. It's just the dcfoxes/stinkinlinkins of the world ALWAYS compare TWBB to NCFOM for some reason

That ending was great!

It was pointing out his stubborness and while that was the thing that brought about his fortune (from the beginning of the film) it ended up being the conceit that ultimately destroyed him. It was a perfect bookend. And made even more clear by the fact that he was unrepentant to the end.

I didn't realize until last week that the TWBB preacher = Little Miss Sunshine brother. Incredibly actor to pull of those without seeming in the least bit similar.

It's nice hearing about games that don't get that much attention from the masses, but I forgot that you have that epic list of games/series that you haven't played yet. ;)

Anthony talked about it during the show last week, I think.
Hey darthbudge, because Lily Allen has a third nipple, does that mean she has a third tit, but not a third boob?
Yes.

When it comes out you can bet your ass I'll go watch it. And the only reason I compared NCFOM and TWBB is because they're two good movies that were saddled with shitty endings. And they were also both nominated for best picture that year, correct? So me and linkin weren't the only ones to compare them.

It helps that he barely spoke in Little Miss Sunshine.

After the crappiness/boringness of Rush Hour 3 I wouldn't waste my time watching Rush Hour 4 unless they pulled off some kind of miracle.

Rush Hour 3 was kind of boring. Jackie Chan's getting up in age. He really can't pull the same stunts as he used to. But I think that last fight in the Eiffel Tower really made up for the rest of the movie.

Not really. The whole fight was boring and predictable. The fights with Jackie and Tucker are pretty much the same every time in each movie. The Eiffel Tower fight might have been the best part of RH3 , but if the rest of the movie still sucks that doesn't mean much.

I mean for comparisons sake , Mr. and Mrs. Smith was a boring as hell movie as well. The last 30 minutes had some entertaining chases and gun fights but it didn't really make up for the previous 1:30 snooze fest.
...because it kind of went straight to video with no marketing or promotion.
Lies, It was released theatricaly in 3 smaller markets.
