Oh, well it's up to you. Which ever you'd prefer.
And in unrelated news, I experienced the definition of good service from the Papa Johns delivery guy. I orderd a 20 oz sprite with my pizza but the dude forgot and I said no problem, don't worry about it. The dude comes back no more than 10 minutes later with a 2 liter bottle of Mt Dew that he bought for me at a nearby gas station with his tip money. I was so astonished at how awesome that was that I didn't know what to do .. I at least was gonna call the restaurant and ask for the manager and tell him what a great thing that driver did but then I got to thinking, well what if the manager would yell at him for
ing up and not remembering the sprite in the first place.
#1. Did you get my check?
#2. Call the manager, but don't give him the details of the story, just tell him how impressed you were with your delivery specialist and that he's the sort of employee who would make you more likely to order from their business again... or something. Drop adjectives describing the shit he did, but don't mention that he corrected his own
up.
Responsible, courteous, expedient, etc.
